At the same time, you are only about 600 m to the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill.
