We are close to major highways, a stone's throw away from the Kenilworth Race Course and 2kms away from a vibrant village with restaurants and pubs. You will find a convenience store, hair dresser and coffee shop 200 meters away. For load shedding backup, we have an UPS for the WIFI, a gas cooker and rechargeable light bulbs and light.

Meadowridge and Constantia Shopping Centres are close by. Also in easy access are restaurants churches, gyms, running trails and beaches. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is incredibly spacious with high ceilings and is on the top floor of the original home (with 2 separate apartments underneath on the ground floor). It has a its own separate external access via an outside staircase leading up to a deck where you can enjoy the outside under and umbrella.

We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking on the premises. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road.

Secure parking for average size vehicle behind automated gate.Unfortunately no pets allowed as I have two dogs.
