The Manoir du Vau d'Arz (16th century) at the foot of Rochefort-en-Terre, one of France's favourite villages, offers a 60 m2 duplex gite cottage decorated with care and authenticity with its wooden beams. It has an open-plan kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. Views and direct access to the swimming pool and the 2-hectare park where the River Arz flows (1st category river for fishing enthusiasts). Bed linen and towels provided. Breakfast basket possible.

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

In a green setting, our cottage offers both relaxation and tranquility, it is located in the countryside next to our old farmhouse. The cottage does not have green spaces. From the master bedroom, you can see our pony Pirouette and her faithful companion the goat Popcorn through the window. The cottage is a 6-minute drive from Rochefort-en-Terre, 30 minutes from Vannes and 1 km from the Voie Verte for beautiful walks.
