Small student accommodation

Small house between St Brieuc and Guingamp (15 minutes) furnished 30 m² composed of a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, with entrance and private parking. Available from September 20, 2025 to May 30, 2026. We only rent to interns, graduate students, and students on work-study contracts. You just need to book a minimum of 5 nights for each booking and for each booking request, you'll need to provide proof of school enrollment.
