Jolie petite maison ancienne entièrement rénovée située dans le bourg d'Argenton, à 3 minutes à pied du port et 7 minutes à pied de la plage. Jardin entièrement clos orienté plein sud, dans une impasse avec peu de passage. L'entrée dans la maison se fait par une petite véranda qui donne sur une grande pièce ouverte et lumineuse avec salon et cuisine toute équipée.
