We had a great time! There were 4 of us including 2 children and they did not miss anything: outdoor games, games (board games, lego...). Thanks again for the little touches, especially for my son birthday! The garden is shared with the hosts but respects privacy throughout the stay. House very close to shops. A nice little house that we recommend without a second thought! The gite is more than provided and you will not miss ANYTHING. Thank you and maybe see you soon! ☺️

Accommodation and magical environment... We felt like we left very far while we were in the same village as our 🏠 main house.. Soothing accommodation, very pleasant to stay there.... Matches the photos and description.... You can find everything and even more.... Bedding.... We felt like we were sleeping on a cloud.... Peaceful accommodation, as described and located in a small, very quiet subdivision. The garden is beautifully wooded and clean. The location allows you to shine in the surroundings of Perros Guirec and take very nice walks. Welcoming and caring host. Friendly stay with the family.

We had a pleasant stay in this lovely house. It is well arranged and perfect for family vacations. The location is ideal, close to the port and several restaurants. Very quiet.

We had a lovely stay in Erquy and especially in this spacious, pleasant and well-equipped apartment. Jean is very welcoming, available and not stingy with good advice when it comes to things to see in the area! ( The sunset 2 steps from the accommodation is great!) This home in the heart of Perros-Guirec was perfect. Very close to amenities, it makes it easy to walk both to the port and the city center. The decor has been tastefully chosen and makes you feel at ease in a warm environment. The apartment is perfectly equipped. The host is very responsive which greatly facilitates the stay. When we arrived, a beautiful workbook with all the right addresses was waiting for us. Finally we keep a beautiful memory of this stay! Thank you Raphael!

Very good hosting by the owner in this recent listing. Calm, tranquility with an underground parking space and balcony characterize this apartment with quick access to the seafront (GR34), beaches and shops within walking distance.

Perfect location on the waterfront. Spectacular view of the huge beach of Rosaires. You can watch the sunrise from the living room sofa and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The balcony on the entrance/living room side serves as a passage for very discreet neighbors. It didn't bother us. And the balcony on the bedroom side is private with a real sea view. Philippe is a very friendly and responsive host and offers very good advice. Great restaurants are within walking distance. Loved our stay.
