A beautiful and modern house with warm and spacious spaces. A beautiful and landscaped garden at the end of a super quiet cul-de-sac. Close to all services within 5 min by car. Absolutely sublime landscapes along the entire surrounding coast.

The house is ideally located with a magnificent sea view. The house is very well renovated and modernized while keeping its classic charm. It is very functional and perfectly equipped. The small garden is very nice and the terrace with a perfect sea view. The equipment is very complete and everything is very clean upon arrival. Looking forward to coming back. The coastal hiking trail is a few dozen meters from the house.

We had a pleasant stay at Erwan's.The living room is ideal for sharing good times with many people. Erwan is very welcoming and flexible on departure and arrival times.

I stayed in the house with my 2 dogs for 14 days. It was great. Communication was very friendly, fast and straightforward. The house, the location, the garden was perfect. I felt very comfortable. If in the future my daughter had other internship days to do nearby, we would be happy to book again with Monique who is very concerned about the people she hosts. The property is nearly new, perfectly equipped and the swimming pool was a good size. Sharing the pool with the property next door wasn’t a problem as we took turns. The local area has a beautiful coastline with good sandy beaches and without the crowds. We would highly recommend the local restaurant Le Theven. The host of the property Nathalie was extremely helpful, there for check in and provided us with local places to go and tourist information. We will be back!

Excellent stay! We had a few days that were a little gray but the walks on the GR were still beautiful and we enjoyed the indoor pool too. The following days, great weather, we maximized swimming in the sea, kite surfing (20 min) and surfing & bodyboarding (at the end of the garden). The house is perfectly equipped and had enough to occupy the children too: balls, planes, buckets and shovels. In the evening, the game room with the foosball table was also a great success. The restaurant at the nearby campsite is very good and the staff are nice. An excellent week that delighted the 3 generations who met there.

Very nice apartment, clean and functional. Emeline was super accommodating with the arrival time, was always responsive and left me very clear instructions for entering the apartment. There was always space to park on the street in front of the building.

A wonderful little house, we felt very comfortable. Our dog loved the garden. Julien's excursion tips were great. This place is the ingenious starting point for many excursion destinations. Julien is a perfect host, we will be happy to come back 🤗

We're coming back from our stay at Isabelle's place starry-eyed. "Our little house", as our host so aptly puts it, was a real gem. A typical Breton house tastefully decorated. Isabelle is passionate about her environment and her small rental house is a peaceful haven. The garden is so well maintained and beautifully flowered. We had a huge crush, both on the accommodation and on the contact with our host. We'll be back, that's just obvious. We really recommend this place. Thank you very much Isabelle, and above all don't change anything.

Very quiet and peaceful location, Sylvie provided local maps in the welcome pack so there were walks with the dog directly from the cottage if wanted, so we didn’t have to drive anywhere on the first evening. Sylvie gave us a jar of home made Jam, delicious on croissants from the Boulangerie just a few minutes drive away. Living Room, Kitchen Area and Bedroom were all really spacious and the living room had lovely patio doors onto decking where there was outdoor seating to have a cup of tea in the morning or wine in the evening. The toilet was very small and cramped especially for my husband who is over 6ft tall, also the shower cubicle is quite small - but having read other reviews it looks like these will be upgraded in the summer. We stayed 2 nights and had a very relaxing time before getting the ferry home to England. We would definitely stay again as there are some beautiful places to visit in the area that we didn’t get time to see. Thank you Sylvie for a lovely stay.

Very good stay, in a typical alley of Morlaix. Walking distance to shops and activities in the city, while remaining in the quiet of a pedestrian street. Very clean and very nice accommodation with a nice little courtyard.

We had a great time as a family at Christophe's place. His welcome was warm and friendly. The studio is faithful to the photo and is very pleasant and quiet. The beach, a few minutes' walk away, allows for superb walks. We strongly recommend this listing and its host.
