Small apartment very well equipped. We were able to hike and have all the shops without taking the car. The apartment is simple and easy to live in.

The studio is perfect for an extended weekend: welcoming, functional & well located (sea, bars & restaurants, alignment circuit,...: within walking distance). Flexible check-in/check-out times allow you to make the most of Carnac without looking at your watch, which is much appreciated. Highly recommended! Thanks Eric :)

Impeccable accommodation, very clean and well-equipped, very bright. Apartment ideally located on the waterfront, with large bay windows. Comfort bedding. Simple and elegant decor. Dan welcomed us very warmly for the key exchange and contacted us the day after our arrival to make sure everything was going smoothly. We are delighted with these 4 days and warmly recommend this accommodation.

Nice apartment with sea view 5 minutes from Toulhars beach and downtown Armor beach. Perfect for a beach vacation. Welcoming and friendly host. I recommend it.

Alain's welcome is very warm, the accommodation is well located close to the sea and shops (large surface area right next door) several markets in the area. The accommodation matches the listing well, clean, well arranged, bed made on arrival. Small touches were waiting for us, and we thank Alain and his wife (the far was delicious)

Very pleasant stay for a week, the sea view is a delight as soon as you wake up in the morning. The terrace is a plus to enjoy this show. Very functional and clean apartment, decorated with taste. Small point less: no wifi, but we compensated with a connection sharing. The walk along the sea and access to the beach are very nice; We recommend the location without reservation.

The accommodation is as described, well located for going to town and to the port of Saint Goustan (20 min walk). Auray is the starting point by car for many sightseeing tours (Carnac menhirs, Île-aux-Moines, Quiberon, La Trinité-sur-Mer...). I highly recommend Nathalie's place.

Beautiful environment (sea view) from the morning to sunset without leaving the house:) The high position is very pleasant. No opposite and only adjoining on one side. Very quiet (Easter holidays: not all small accommodations were occupied). A perfect spot for surfers apparently! Access to Guidel beach by going down the dune and crossing the road. Medium sofa bed but ok if we don't have back problems. (thick and soft) Children's room above, very popular with our little ones (5 years) for their independence (2 beds but 3 beds possible). They enjoyed the access to the mini playground as well. For the pool I imagine you have to wait for summer. What to enjoy:)

Apartment fully matches the photos, relaxing and typical local view with oyster parks within walking distance as well as the brewery L'Etrille by the left coastal path (I recommend testing your garden in good weather to taste excellent fried mussels!😋). Highlights of the apartment: bedding and soft sheets! Good location for hikers.

We had a great time at Odile's place. We enjoyed the impeccable condition of the apartment, the equipment (many kitchen utensils and dishes, garden furniture), the garden level, the pool and the proximity to the beach and shops.

Perfect location for a stay in Étel. Comfortable, clean and well equipped.

Annaick was particularly responsive and available to best manage a hot water tank concern that quickly became anecdotal. We particularly recommend the studio, tastefully decorated and with a valuable sea view.

Great stay at Marylène's place. It has all the comforts for a week's vacation. Accommodation more suitable for two people than for four. Easy parking at the foot of the residence. Close to the beach and bars - restaurants👍. Thank you for hosting us 😊
