Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Ploče iza grada

A fantastic experience at this spot. It was close to everything we wanted to see, and was well appointed. It is actually even nicer than the photos, it’s like an oasis in the middle of the business of Dubrovnik. It was a struggle to decide whether to leave the house to see the sites because it was such a beautiful home and property. The outdoor area was relaxing and peaceful. It feels very private and well laid out. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. I would be very happy to stay here again in this area.

We had a wonderful week in an amazing villa. The setting is truly stunning, very peaceful and with a wonderful view over to the Adriatic. The villa itself is very well equipped with the benefit of a great pool and hot-tub, and is located within easy walking distance of Zaton which has some nice bars and restaurants. We visited Dubrovnik and Cavtat which are within easy reach, and also took a ferry to Lokrum Island which is well worth a visit. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Duro’s house and will hopefully return again in the future!

Fantastic stay at Sanja’s! The apartment was spotless, the beds were comfy & there was lots of room. Could not rate it high enough. Sanja was so helpful in organising transfers for us & so quick on responding to any questions we had. There were 5 of us sharing & all of us have said we would definitely return with our family’s. Since booking the host Sanja was at my disposal. No question or providing me with information was a problem. She arranged airport transfers at a very reasonable price. She also arranged a private 8 hour boat trip for me and 5 friends. She gave me lots of very useful information and recommendations about the surrounding area and what we could do while in Dubrovnik. We did have slight issue finding the house because the driver dropped us off at wrong section of the road. However, Sanjas aunt came to our rescue very quickly and showed us the way. We had the best time in Dubrovnik for 2 friends special birthdays and would definitely go back. Sanja house was absolutely beautiful and had the most fab modern furnishings. Everything about it was just so gorgeous.

We had a fantastic stay! Paola’s home is centrally located, with easy access to many great restaurants and shops. The entire area is beautiful and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. Paola was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We booked this beautiful place as a group of 4 for my husband's 40th birthday celebrations. Communication with Mato from start to finish was great, he was very responsive and even provided a complimentary bottle of fizz which was a really lovely touch. Location-wise, it felt private and had incredible views of Cavtat. I do feel like I should mention that it would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues as there are A LOT of steps and uneven ground. We were dropped off by taxi at Cavtat bus station and there's a short walk (no more than 10 mins) to get to Mato's place. The apartment itself is stunning, just like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. Fresh towels were provided during our stay and our bins were emptied. The outside space is gorgeous, we really enjoyed spending evenings in the hot tub overlooking the water. There are a few small jobs that need finishing off but it didn't bother us at all. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Božo has a wonderful place and definitely earns his super host rating. He contacted us along the way to arriving and was able to offer an earlier check in. Whilst there nothing was ever a problem if we asked he did all he could to accommodate us and offered help on any asks for trips. We loved the place and pool and being away from the town. Definitely try the Konobo Knez restaurant if you can, food was incredible. Wish we had been staying longer. My only suggestion is to make it clear that the 3 bedrooms are not all in 1 apartment, the 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance and key, so more like an2 bedroom apartment. Our teenage daughter didn’t feel comfortable to stay on her own in there. There is plenty of room in both spaces. I’d add a kitchenette and small bistro table in the downstairs as then offers a perfect shared space with relatives or friends when needed.

My and my 5 friends stayed here for a 4 day trip and had a wonderful experience! The house was absolutely beautiful, Pero was extremely accommodating and helpful and we all had plenty of space! The kitchens are well equipped, the pool and hot tub were a wonderful experience and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Dubrovnik!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house itself was stunning—spacious, spotless, and perfectly situated. The pool and hot tub were such a treat, and being right on the sea made it all feel extra special. Getting into town was easy with taxis, Ubers, or even the local bus, but honestly, we loved just relaxing at the house! What truly made our stay unforgettable was Katarina and her family. She went above and beyond—helping us find a phenomenal private chef, offering thoughtful recommendations, and being so warm and generous with her time. You can really tell she cares about her guests having a great experience. Highly recommend—this was one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!

My friends and I could not have been happier with this house, it was just something else. the photos on the website are amazing but they just don't do the place justice. The house is spotless, really beautiful and a perfect size and layout for the 6 of us. The location is so central, it was so easy to get around and do all of the sights. There were bus routes available to get around further if needed and local shops a couple of minutes walk from where we are. I have had a lot of request from Family and Friends for the details of booking this house because it really is unbelievable, I'd recommend it to anyone. the hosts were fabulous too. regular contact easy check in and out, arranged out transfers. Pool and Hot Tub were cleaned whilst we were there. We just cannot fault it 10 out of 10. We can't wait to go back ❤️

Rina is a lovely person who prepared the accommodation to a very high standard, including a few essentials on the table and in the fridge. She was very personable, friendly and was always available for us throughout our stay. The location has the perfect blend being a stones throw from Old Town but not in the hustle and bustle. The accommodation itself was very clean and tidy with all the facilities you would need for a perfect holiday including a heated pool to relax and further enjoy yourself. I would wholeheartedly recommend a holiday at this place

We really enjoyed our short stay. Villa is very convenient for local shops and bus stop to Old Town just on the doorstep. The villa was clean and Mara very responsive when we had questions. We especially liked the pool area with its covered terrace and fully equipped kitchen just for the pool area. The view over the inlet is pretty.

Everything matched the pictures and met our expectations. Accommodation was clean, Sandra very friendly, would recommend anytime. Bus to the old town around the corner.

Ivica was spectacular from the start of our booking. He went above and beyond. He welcomed us to his lovely home that was beyond our dreams. The view was amazing. All the different hang out areas were great for our family. The hot tub and pool view blew our mind. Ivica and his family were so welcoming and gave us fresh produce from their garden, coffee, milks, and different food items. He was so accommodating and gave us great recommendations for everything in the area. I wish I could have stayed forever. I will come back again and recommend all my friends and family to stay. You won’t be disappointed with this home. Croatia stole my heart. I can’t wait to come back.

Stayed at this villa with my family to celebrate my 50th and it didn’t disappoint! House and grounds were beautiful. Loved that there were lots of activities available for all abilities - the young ones did basketball and badminton and the older ones could join in when it came to pentanque and pool. Nikolina was a great host and the most communicative I’ve ever experienced on AirBnB. She arranged a private catamaran trip for us - which was an amazing day out, as well as restaurant recommendations which were also great. Loved it so much, we didn’t want to come home Thanks Nikolina

The stay from start to finish was amazing and we felt so at home during our stay. The family are incredibly kind and responsive, providing welcome food and drinks on arrival, fresh produce during the stay, and a gift on departure. The villa itself has everything you need for a family holiday with indoor and summer kitchens, comfy bed, pool and hot tube. It is exactly as described and the views top it all off. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away, but plenty of options nearby. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.
