In our comfortable guest house, everything is walking distance. The Old City and its crowded rush is just 5min walking from the apartment. The free parking spot is available upon request, otherwise it is just across the apartment, available for hourly, daily or weekly ticket. The peace and quiet and yet in the centre of Dubrovnik, will be more than you need. We created a little private spa on the terrace, with hot tub and sauna. Bakery, grocery shop and coffee bar are just below the guest house.

The room is in an amazing location, just 3 minutes from the Pile gate. There are two grocery shops nearby and a bus stop. The room was clean, we were provided with fresh towels. The air conditioning works very well, we were able to control the temperature in the room easily. Despite being close to the old city, the area was quiet because the window faces a small alley. The host is friendly and gave us recommendations. This is a perfect place to stay for a couple, I can truly recommend it! 😊

We had a lovely stay at Vanja's place. Everything was as described. Perfect for our 4 day stay in Dubrovnik. The views were stunning from the apartment as it was very high up. However, bear in mind that there are a lot of steep stairs to climb to get there from town centre. We didn't mind but probably wouldn't be ideal for anyone with disabilities or mobility issues. We however appreciated the climb, it was a good work out and the views were worth it! Vanja was very responsive and attentive and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We recommend it! Iwona and Sebastian
