You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Night/stay on the Ille-et-Rance canal, aboard a Dutch boat. 2 adults or 1 adult/1 child from 7 years old Between Rennes, Saint Malo / Dinan / Mt-St-Michel. Great location for running, cycling, walking, fishing or canoeing (rental right next door). Shops and restaurants in the village. Warning: – Access to the boat can be difficult for people with limited mobility. _HEIGHT UNDER BARROT in the shower 1.65 m (sink in the rear cabin)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In a small peaceful town there is a bakery and small grocery store, bar and tobacco store. Close to Dinan 15 min, Saint Malo 30 min, Rennes 30 min and 40 min from Mont Saint Michel. If you have needs such as a baby cot, raclette machine, barbecue…. Let me know if I can make your stay more enjoyable. Upon your arrival the beds will be made, towels will be available to you.
