In a green & quiet setting of a magnificent 15th century castle located at the entrance of our beautiful medieval city of Dinan, you will stay in a 54 m2 loft apartment on the ground floor of the main building. You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where you arrive from) in a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also not overlooked, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Your little pied-à-terre is very comfortable and you will not want for anything. You're close to Brittany's most beautiful beaches, don't forget your swimsuits!

The house is located in the village of Miniac Morvan, amenities are within walking distance within 200 meters which is very convenient. It's a house where the living is good "like at home".
