Tento zelený dům je výjimečný svoji atmosférou. Interiér je boutique chalupa. Většina nábytku je původní jen nově zrekonstruovaná. Ostatní nábytek jako například postele, skříně a skříňky jsme vyrobili vlastnoručně spolu s našimi nejlepšími přáteli. Na celkovou rekonstrukci jsme vynaložili spousty času, energie a úsilí. Toto místo prostě musíte zažít.:)

***disclaimer, long post. My family and I have traveled a lot and stayed in many airbnb and never had the hospitality we received at Martin's place. we were welcomed by his mother (what a delightful woman), she made my kids so comfortable with toys, her lovely dog; the kids loved playing in the backyard although the weather was not much helpful. The area is beautiful, quiet, about 20 min drive for Kalovy Vary main attraction; so I suggest renting a car is the best way. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the Czech country side at Martin's after the noise from Praha. Martin was easily reachable and replied within 30 min of sending him a message. if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, well rested vacation, book this place. The next time we visit back Czech Republic, we will stay in Pernink at Martin's place!

Sehr schöne gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, ruhige Lage und wunderschöner Ausblick. Was bisschen zu bemängeln war man hat die Unterkunft nicht gleich gefunden per Navi und der Parkplatz war sehr eng mit großem Auto.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem Haus am Waldesrand. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, im Garten zu sitzen und sich zu entspannen. Vom Haus aus kann man sofort einen Waldspaziergang starten. In 20 Min ist man mit dem Auto in Karlsbad. Ich habe selten so einen schönen gelegenen Ort fast mitten in der Natur erlebt. Julias Eltern sind herzliche Gastgeber, die alles tun, damit man sich wohlfühlt.
