It is located in a quiet place in town Nejdek, that is just 15 minutes from beautiful spa town Karlovy Vary and 20 minutes to the highest mountain of Krusne hory (Klinovec). Our house is in 640 metres above the sea level which offers many days of snow in winter.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für unseren Mädelstrip. Etwas weit ab vom Schuss im Sinne von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aber für winterliche Unternehmungen sicher gut gelegen (wir waren dort für die Badegärten in Eibenstock 🙊). Es ist alles da, was man braucht und Richard ist vor Ort falls man sich etwas vergessen hat. Waren wieder sehr zufrieden:)

Wir waren 23.12.2024 bis zum 27.12.2024 zu Gast bei Dorit . Obwohl sie sich 2 Tage vorher den Arm gebrochen hat , begrüsste uns Dorit super freundlich . Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt . Dorit hat sogar die Wohnung Weihnachtlich geschmückt . Seit mindestens 10 Jahren , hatten wir wieder Weisse Weihnachten gehabt . Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei Dorit für den wunderschönen Urlaub bedanken. Karsten und Mario aus Roermond (NL)

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit unseren drei kleinen Kindern und eine schöne Schnee- und Skiwoche. Die Unterkunft war für uns genau richtig bzgl. Größe und Lage zur Piste (alles fußläufig). Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief sehr unkompliziert und der Verwalter vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine tolles Wochenende in Marcs Unterkunft. Die alte Fabrikantenvilla hat sehr viel Charme und ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit einer modernen Küche, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist, und einem sehr neuen Bad. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wandertouren ist die Unterkunft sehr gut geeignet. Marc war auch sehr nett und hat uns in der Unterkunft alles gezeigt. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war tadellos.

Vjačeslav's apartment was perfect in every sense for our family and his hospitality is unmatched. He was kind, empathetic and quick to respond when we needed help. The apartment itself is located inside a beautiful Art Nouveau building on a hillside overlooking the spa district of Karlovy Vary. You can hear the music from the Mill Collonade through the bedroom window and the view is fantastic. The apartment is bigger than it looked in the pictures and was very comfortable for two adults and 3 children. There were two couches that could fold into beds so there would be even more room if you had a larger group. The fridge is big, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking. Everything is extremely easy to walk (the springs are a 7 minute walk downhill or the bus to the shopping district is a short 4 minute walk uphill. A 5 minute walk uphill will take you to a nice forest to hike in and get great views of the city below from two lookouts. We went many times to watch the sunset over the city. Overall I can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Vjačeslav's apartment. He is a wonderful host with a beautiful home.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. In der Küche gibt es fast nix, was es nicht gibt. Von Induktionskochplatten über einen kleinen Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, allerhand Utensilien bis hin zu einem kleinen Vorrat an Nudeln, Suppe und Gewürzen. TV mit reichhaltiger DVD-Sammlung, wer da nichts findet hat über den TV Zugriff auf die Mediathek. Aber wer braucht schon Fernsehen, wenn man direkt von der Wohnung aus los Wandern kann ;-) z.B. auf den Schneckenstein oder zu den Rißfällen. Das Bad ist geräumig und die ganze Wohnung pikobello sauber und sehr ruhig. Das Highlight ist der Sternenhimmel im Schlafzimmer, wir haben jeden Abend versucht die Sternbilder zu deuten ;-) Marko und Silke sind sehr nette Vermieter. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und man findet alles, was man braucht. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut - nur das Bett knarrt ziemlich laut. Die Kommunikation mit Zarina war sehr angenehm. Sie hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und sogar ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl für unser Kind organisiert. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Ubytování velmi přesně odpovídá fotografiím a popisu, bylo čisté a uklizené. Hned před domem se dá na náměstí zaparkovat auto, v domě se nachází obchod, tak že stačí seběhnout schody a nakoupit si potraviny. Za příjemnou cenu velmi pěkné ubytování.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war rundum gelungen. Besonders gemütlich war der vorgeheizte Kamin, für den ausreichend Holz kostenlos zur Verfügung stand. Die Unterkunft war stilvoll eingerichtet, und die verschiedenen Zimmer sorgten für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Einzig ein paar Spinnen waren für meine Freundin etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig :)
