Absolute magnificent appartement. Great views, various places in the garden where you can enjoy sun and scenery. Appartement is bigger than shown on pictures, spaces and modern bathroom and efficient kitchen. Last but not least Odile is a great host, very kind and helpful. For sure we will return.

We stayed at Florian's for a weekend in Brittany and we were not disappointed! The accommodation is impeccable and has all the amenities you need. The balcony and secure parking space are a real plus. The view from the balcony is really nice. On top of that, the accommodation is close to beaches, restaurants, casino, Cap Fréhel, Port La Latte… Finally, regarding Florian, he made himself available and greeted us as soon as we arrived to show us the premises. We had a great time at Anaëlle and Joseph's place. Check-in is simple and self-contained, the instructions are very clear. The place is even better than the pictures. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and giant screen that allowed us to have a great time. Joseph made himself available to resolve some inconveniences, even from afar. This was greatly appreciated.

I 100% recommend this accommodation, offering breathtaking views of the sea, a real haven of peace conducive to relaxation. Direct access to the sea and walk along the coastline. Comfort exceeds all our expectations: the bedding is extremely comfortable, the linens smell divinely good and the amenities are far beyond what we had imagined. Communication with our host Marie was excellent from booking to checkout. Marie and her husband and her little family welcomed us with great warmth and kindness.

the apartment is very functional, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay in Saint-Malo, the view from the kitchen window may be one of the most beautiful in the city (the binoculars left available to observe the landscape are a great idea!). Only small downside, but nothing serious, a lack of window and velux blanketing that can prevent sleeping in the morning. Otherwise everything is perfect, I would recommend!

Stay in a nice apartment, well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view. Drinks available in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you for your attention. Private parking space appreciated. Several tourist destinations within 1 hour of the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

We had a wonderful stay in Pascale's studio, a charming cocoon, quiet, very well-equipped, and what can I say about the sunny terrace, and its magnificent sea view!!!

The accommodation is true to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.
