Emilia was very kind and easy to communicate with. She was on top of all necessary information and offered a spacious and clean apartment for us to enjoy Ortigia. It is on a main street that is very loud for most of the night, which I wish I knew, as it made it hard to sleep.

Laura and Fabrizio were awesome hosts. Place was exactly as they said. Great location and quick response time. Highly recommend staying here.

From start to finish this was just a terrific experience for our trip to Noto.

Roberto (Lucrezia's father) is a friendly and welcoming host! The apartment is very clean and cozy.Located in a very beautiful old part of Syracuse. There was everything a tourist needs + some treats and beverages left by our host! Inner bedroom has a very comfortable mattress, the other bed is fine for a foldable sofa. Host should have a 10-star rating, it's really deserved! The best place we stayed while in Italy. We will be recommending this place to everyone and hope to be back ourselves in the future, thank you!

The apartment is excellent! Impeccable! And nothing is missing. All the details very well thought out!Giorgio and his family are very friendly and hospitable. I was picked up at the train station because the local bus didn't come, Paola was very cordial 🥰when I get dizzy on the way. If you are on foot, which was my case, it is not very practical as the bus passes every 1 hour, but you can download the app and know the times to move. The last bus from the Puente de Ortigia comes out 19.50! As for the noise, right now, next door is a Construction of buildings, so from very early you wake up with the machines! I love that at the conclusion there will no longer be this passing annoyance. At night it is very quiet and peaceful! I recommend this place 100%, especially if you have a car and want to be away from the intense tourist movement. Ortigia es Preciosa ! Antonio is a great host. His apartment is impeccable, a lovely home away from home. Great space, stylish and modern decor, good kitchen equipment, lovely terrace and hot tub. He’s responsive and gave us a lovely check in in person. Thank you for a great stay!

First 2 things to be aware of: the apartment is up about 20 stairs, so Keep that in mind. Also the bathroom which is quite nice is on the complete other side of the apartment away from the bedrooms. If you are ok with that, this is a wonderful place. Great location just off Ortigia and easy to walk to almost everything. The apartment is in good condition and the host took care of pretty much everything we needed. Response time is good. We stayed for 11 nights and rented a car twice; a day trip to The Noto area and an overnight to Toarmina and Mt. Etna. Was more to see and do, but you need a car for most things not on the train line. You’ll like this spot.

This is a gorgeous apartment, on a very quiet little cul de sac. It is in a fantastic location in Ortigia, only a three minute walk to the plaza, restaurants, and shopping. Buses are just a few minutes further. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean, with two bedrooms and a combined sitting and dining room. It is beautifully decorated. We were grateful for the washing machine. Roberta was a great host with excellent, prompt communication. My 18 year old granddaughter and I loved everything about the apartment and Ortigia. We would definitely stay here again.

We (family of 4 adults) visited Noto and surrounding for three days. Not only were we astonished by the city itself and its cultural heritage and great restaurants, but we were ideally located close enough from the city center (5 minutes walking) but far enough as not being bothered by noise or crowds. The apartment is very nice, spacious and well equipped for cooking. Beds are super comfortable! Car was easy to park on the streets around. We recommend!

We loved our stay at Andrew’s house so much we were are super keen to come back. It was exactly what we needed. The breathtaking views were even more impressive than the photos and it was completely private which was a dream for us. The house was stunning and three en suite bedrooms were perfect for being away with teens. The house had everything we needed and was very well designed. A real luxury to have so much space and comfort after a couple of hectic days in the city. Andrew was really helpful with all the information including videos of how to access the property and recommendations for places to visit/eat/shop nearby. We will be back for sure!

This is a really lovely ground floor apartment. It is ideally located in lovely Ortigia 2 minutes away from the beach and within walking distance of everything the area has to offer. What the apartment lacks in direct sunlight it makes up for in charm and elegance. We had a lovely time.

Lovely apartment and very well appointed/decorated. Well equipped and comfortable (good beds and showers). Close to sites and restaurants, and good for walking in Ortigia. Parking 5 min walk away (€15/day). Pierpaolo was super responsive and helpful. We had a bit of trouble finding the building at first. The Siracusa info provided was super helpful. Definitely recommend without any reservations.

A beautifully renovated and decorated apartment. The historical building is calming with lots of charm and plenty of secure on site parking. The apartment, bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable, uniquely spacious for urban Europe. Located next to the Basilica and the must see archaeological Park. It is an easy five minute drive or a 15 minute walk to Ortigia Island. We did not find the street noise to be bothersome. The new modern windows provided plenty of light with minimum noise. A great location for day trips to the countryside and the coastal beaches. Our host provided us with many great recommendations. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Owner and host were five stars for sure.

it was a pleasant stay, the appartement is nicely decorated and very well located ! the terrace is beautiful and Mario is very arrangeable. we stayed a month there and we have really enjoyed the place !

Pros: - Convenient parking (don't know what it's like in summer) - Good location, not far from Ortigia, but far enough to avoid any disturbance - Fast wifi - All required amenities - Clean & comfy - A/C was efficient to heat the interior when needed (our visit happen to be in Feb) Cons: - A bit acoustic; we could hear steps and even small noises from above, not anybody's fault, it's just how this building is constructed - Bedrooms have windows opening to a tiny internal courtyard or stairwell - but as we use them for sleeping only, doesn't matter

We loved our stay at Gianna's place in Ortigia. Perfect location, spacious and clean apartment, great comms. Flexible check in time, helped us store our bags on our last day after check out. Would stay again!

Beautiful location. Close to lots of places to eat. Lots to see in the town. The place was very nice and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying there!

The place is beautifully set up with some points of interest very attentive and a pleasant stay The house has heating, just when using electricity, you can only use one stove in the kitchen

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.

I could relate to other people’s positive comments. impeccable host and accommodation. Simona is very kind responsive and flexible. Despite my flight being greatly delayed the husband welcomed me in person late in the evening - and impeccably dressed! I stayed over a week and travelled to the sea, nearby towns as well as stayed local in beautiful noto enjoying baroque dolce vita. It’s a stone’s throw from shops and town centre. Parking easy too, just be prepared streets are narrow and motorbikes like a ride! One of the nicest airbnb experiences.
