Tiny beautiful studio in the center of Brittany

Despite its small size, this compact studio is well arranged and bright. It is equipped with a bathroom, kitchenette and a double bed on the mezzanine. This is accessed by a steep staircase, so not recommended for people with limited mobility. The accommodation has a balcony and on the other side a private entrance from the parking lot. A seven-minute walk to the attractive village, crossed by the Nantes – Brest Canal, there are shops including the bakery, supermarket, banks and restaurants.

The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. This charming little house sleeps 2 people: living room on the ground floor with a kitchenette and a room including toilets and shower together. A staircase leads to the 1st floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed. It is located in the middle of the village, near the church. Heating by heat pump. Perfect place for the use we wanted to make of it: spend a night with a child (3 possible). Reasonable price for the service offered. Relaxing style of a family home or vacation home. Well-equipped. Wake up in a small quiet paradise, the canal not far away. I'd be happy to go back as a step.
