Beautiful environment for this very nice and pleasant studio. It has all the necessities for a great stay. A sea view from the sublime garden that you can enjoy. A stone's throw from the city center and restaurants, with a beautiful walk on the Pointe d'Erquy. The welcome is very pleasant and friendly. Recommended without hesitation.

Everything is clean, nothing missing

Great little accommodation, very nice, very well furnished, every corner is optimized, furnished with care, it feels very good. Quiet environment, beautiful view of the castle. Parking is a real plus, the small terrace allows you to sit quietly outside admiring the castle. Shops and restaurants nearby, everything is within walking distance. We recommend.

I spent 2 nights in this small studio, everything was great! Great location in the cobbled streets of Laval, behind the castle. Everything nearby. A private courtyard that feels good, where you can sit or eat. I think in the summer, the cool side of the accommodation and the private terrace are great! Several lights in the accommodation, which gives a good atmosphere. And I slept very well in the bed. So great stay, thank you!

Thank you Severine for a lovely relaxing stay in L’Emeraude and for being such a welcoming host. The studio is very well equipped and the surroundings are beautiful. It’s also well placed for visiting St Malo, Dinan and Dinard and is a good location for cycling.

I had a lovely stay at Cédric's place. The accommodation is pleasant, clean and well appointed. Very good communication, clear instructions for arriving and using the accommodation. Its location allowed me to visit the area. The accommodation is ideally located 30 min from Rennes and 1 hour from the nearest beaches.

We had a lovely weekend with 6. The accommodation was spotless and very well-equipped for 6 people, including towels. The exteriors were also very nice. Nothing to complain about this accommodation except that you can go there without so much as a second thought!

We were very warmly welcomed by Mireille. The apartment is super cozy and modernly furnished. We didn't miss anything. A very good location to have access to Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo or Cancale: everything is nearby and the coast is not far. Good for a few days, as we were on the road and it's a little noisy. We enjoyed the terrace, pool and sauna. The whole people who take care of the place were lovely! Small amenities would be a plus (hairdryer, iron...). A quick snack service or a distributor would be super nice too, the local restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival and, after the road, we don't necessarily want to pick up the car for shopping. Great value for money! Thank you we'll most certainly be back. 😊

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back

Amazing time for a family gathering staying in 4 well equipped Gites in quiet rural surroundings with bbq’s, private hot tubs and pool. Louise was very helpful with recommendations for day outs, places to eat etc
