Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

It is located 800 meters from the bay of La Fresnaye, 5 minutes from Matignon, 10 minutes from the beaches of Saint-Cast-le-Guildon and Les Sables-d'Or, the port of Erquy, 15 minutes from Cap Fréhel and 30 minutes from Saint-Malo.

The house is comfortable, well-equipped, facing south, surrounded by a garden and a high terrace with stunning views.

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

You will appreciate its 4 bedrooms with sea view, the small enclosed terrace along the channel. It's a cozy house with its 2 staircases, stone wall and parquet floors on both floors.
