I had a lovely stay here in Durrës. The location of being right on the beach was perfect for me. The downside was the construction noise in the building, but it seems to be quite common in the off-season as the city is growing and continuously improving. Any issues I had in the apartment were dealt with in a timely manner. Overall, I had great stay in Durrës!

Ishte nje pervoje e pa harruar. Qendrova aty vetem per nje nate, por sigurisht qe do te kthehem perseri. Apartamenti ishte me kushte shume te mira dhe ishte i pozicionuar ne nje vend shume te bukur ne mes te pishave dhe shume prane detit. Ballkoni i apartamentit ishte nje mrekulli. Mund te shijoje nje kafe dhe te degjoje cicerimat e zogjeve. Ishte nje freski qe nuk pershkruhet me fjale. Parkimi ishte i siguruar ne oborrin e pallatit, si dhe ishte i monitoruar me kamera. Marketi ishte shume prane apartamentit, gjithashtu kishte lojra per femije. Do ja sygjeroja te gjithe atyre qe kane nevoje per relax. Edhe Hosti ishte shume miqesor dhe me ndihmoi me çdo pyetje qe kisha. Check in ishte fleksibel dhe shume i lehte per tu bere.

First time visiting Albania and the apartment was everything we needed and more, a great location right on the beach, on the 5th floor so guaranteed wonderful sea views too, fab communication from host and Spiranca restaurant next door serves up lovely seafood dishes, we hired a car for 5 days to explore other places, Kruje, Berat, Himare, cape of rodon, Golem, really enjoyed, the people of Albania were very friendly, helpful and courteous, we had a great time, thank you Grei.

Mycket fin lägenhet, precis som på bilderna. 🤩 Det var kort gångavstånd från centrum (2min) där mataffärer och restauranger ligger. Lägenheten var jättefin och det som behövdes fanns på plats! Xhulia & Marcelo var jättetrevliga, dem gav tips på restauranger, café osv runt om i Durres! Så snällt. Xhulia var jätte hjälpsam med allt & Marcelo erbjöd sig att köra oss till flygplatsen. Rekommenderar starkt dessa som värdar och deras fina lägenhet om ni ska på semester i Durres! ☺️

Kristi's place is in the heart of Durres, about 2 mins walk to a large supermarket, markets, taxis, restaurants and pharmacies. It's better than the photos. Very clean, light and airy and well appointed. The apartment has everything you need from extra bedding to cleaning supplies. Showers are hot with good pressure. Beds are super comfortable & warm with good quality pillows. Main bedroom room has a big screen TV and another bigger one in the lounge. 2 outdoor balconies - one is a beautiful patio with pot plants, chairs and a table - a little oasis - perfect for drying laundry too! Air con & washing machine works perfectly and plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Kristi is a very friendly, helpful host who answered all our questions promptly. He met us on the street and escorted us in and explained how everything works. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. Our family of 4 & 2 cats loved it and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

My husband and I spent two wonderful days here. The accommodation is in a very convenient location — close to the bus station and not far from the beach, yet in a quiet and peaceful area that’s perfect for relaxing. It’s worth noting that to get to the beach, you need to cross a railway line. There is a pedestrian bridge available, although it doesn’t appear on the map, which might make it seem further than it really is — in reality, it’s very close and easy to reach. There are also plenty of fish shops and restaurants nearby, which adds to the convenience and charm of the area. The house itself fully matched the description: clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for cooking and a comfortable stay. We were very happy with our time here. Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality — we truly appreciate it and wish them all the best!

Ottimo alloggio, situato in una zona tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge. Nei dintorni si trovano i servizi di base, piccoli supermarket inclusi. La casa è esteticamente ben arredata, con letti comodi e zanzariere alle finestre (particolarmente apprezzate, considerato che la zona è abbastanza infestata dalle zanzare). Il luogo inoltre dista pochi chilometri in auto da Durazzo. Con Ina ed Elio la comunicazione è stata ottima. Mi hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie e si sono mostrati sempre disponibili per ogni evenienza. Lo consiglio!

We had a great time, if anything it's even better than the pictures. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. No need to hire a car if you don't want to, everything you need walking distance away. Lovely to have sea views from 2 upstairs bedrooms and the upstairs balcony is dreamy.

A very good value for the money. The place is like in the pictures. Its not deluxe but it's clean. You have a bit of a terrace for you own use. It is very close to the south part of Durres beach with access to restaurants, shops and bus station. Its easy to reach by car and also you can keep car inside the courtyard. The neighbourhood is very quiet during the night. I recommend it for people with children or solo travelers. Ergent and his family are very responsive.

Heerlijke woning op loopafstand van het strand en de boulevard. Groot terras waar je heerlijk van de zon kan genieten of de schaduw op kan zoeken. Het contact met Silvana en haar broer was top. Snelle reacties en erg lieve mensen.

It was a smooth,super friendly and easy going operation with this host. The apartment itself is really neat, convenient and comfortable. The pictures you see is the real view you'll get. It made us feel welcome and it offerd peace and quiet we were looking for. The generosity and hospitality of the host is a 7 star service. You'll get more than you need. Highly recommended!

Llambi holte uns vom Flughafen ab, alles war problemlos und unkompliziert. Das Appartment ist schön eingerichtet und sehr, sehr groß. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und fühlten uns total wohl. In dem kleine Garten vor dem Haus gibt es auch einige sehr niedlich kleine Schildkröten, die man beobachten kann. Am letzten Tag fuhr uns Llambi wieder superpünktlich zum Flughafen. Alles in allem eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft mit einem netten Gastgeber.

Great place to stay in Durres. About a 15-20 min walk from city center, but closer to all the good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Gate03 for dinner. It’s totally worth it. Great views and can tan on the balcony after around 15:30 (3:30 pm). Will hopefully be staying here again!

Minus: Only real small grocery stores in the area. No bus stop near the area. Plus: Many high quality restaurants with reasonable prices in the area. Local Taxi works perfect. Donard is super friendly and takes care of everything. 2 minutes walk from the appartment to the super clean beach. Personal sunlounge and parasol at the beach for the appartment guests. Très beau logement très bien situé je n’ai eu aucun mal à me garer juste en bas un petit peu difficile à trouver mais avec les instructions donné c’est beaucoup plus facile l’hôte a été très réactif. La vue est magnifique j’ai pu admirer le lever du soleil c’était fabuleux merci pour tout

Arsen is a great host. Top notch apartment with all you need. The balcony is perfect for spending all day. Sunchairs and furniture makes it a great place to be in the sun as well as eating and relaxing. Water dispenser, a lot of blankets, towels etc. It’s highly recommended if you need a stress free vacation. Can not thank Arsen enough for a great stay.

Arber spent much of the week attempting to solve mobile phone IT problems, transport and booked taxis for us. Apart from a small check out mis communication he couldn't have done more to make our holiday trouble free. A very nice helpful host.
