Luxury apartment on the beach

The apartment is located in a former pine tree forest. Fortunately some of them have survived urbanization, which give life today to the neighborhood. While you take your walk to the beach in the morning, the fresh aroma of the pine trees will wake you up. The beach is quite spacious, and many bars and restaurants offer they services. To take into consideration is that for good quality grocery shopping the nearest market is 2,3 km away; while the nearest bank ATM is 3 minutes on foot

I had such a peaceful and wonderful time at Arbana's place. II was looking for peace during the winter and this was perfect. I lived there when it was out of season and it easily was one of my favorite places to be. It was the small things that Arbana had thought of to make my stay extremely comfortable. And when there was something that needed to be fixed, Arbana took care of it immediately! The communication was fantastic and I'd definitely return to given the opportunity.

My partner and I loved our stay! The apartment is huge, and there is plenty of space. Everything was very clean, and we felt super comfortable. The host gave us an early check-in and a late check-out since our ferry didn’t leave until the evening. She was very accommodating and was fast to respond to my messages. Was an absolute pleasure of a stay. In short: -Is exactly like the photos -Xhoana is super responsive -Less than 5 minute walk from the beach -Beyond accomodating (Xhoana was happy to fulfill my request of a larger burner in order to book the unit) -Offered my mother a neighbouring unit when she came to visit, making the trip that much more lovely All in all, fantastic hospitality and in a great area at that, couldn't recommend more 🙏🏽

It was a great stay! The location was that we couldn't have found it better. Beach just around the corner, shop too! The apartment is clean and scented, with😉 everything we need. Furniture is well-maintained, beds are comfortable. There was even a washing machine and washing powder. Very simple check-in, delicious, traditional bull (bakery) under the chalet. The bidet worked fine, we used the whole family every day:) paper in Albania is not the same:D we really recommend it if it's just there in Durres!
