Vacation rentals with a pool in Playas del Coco

As a group travelling to Tamarindo for the first time with small children, it was reassuring stay at a property that was private and had security. We have yet to feel unsafe in Costa Rica, but it was still a nice touch. If you've been to private communities in Florida, it had a similar feel. You can walk to the town or beach within ten minutes. It is unfinished roads etc so you may want to drive if it's more suitable for your party. The layout of the property is well thought out with almost all rooms leading to the backyard pool or patio. This property had one of the better pools during our trip - it's massive and clean. I would recommend this property to everyone visiting Tamarindo, but specially families.

Disfrute con mi familia en este alojamiento, la piscina es increíble, todo el alojamiento es muy bonito y limpio. El lugar es muy privado y seguro, muy cerca de varias playas súper bonitas. Julie siempre estuvo muy atenta con cualquier duda que teníamos. La pasamos increíble, lo recomiendo muchísimo.

This is truly a one of a kind (maybe even lifetime!) experience of a place to stay. Where else can you walk out of the pool and directly into the kitchen, living room or dining room? And get fresh air and breezes right into the house? We were a little worried that without AC in the main part of the house it would be uncomfortably hot. It was not an issue at all. Somehow the breezes blow in, the fans kept the air moving, and it felt so nice to hear the birds and not be stuck inside! It was also a very walkable 10-15 min into town, but note that Costa Rica is not big on sidewalks, so you do need to contend with traffic, scooters, and other walkers. But everyone does it, and makes you feel like a local! Down on the street is a place called Zolu, that makes amazing made to order food. You will sit outside and wait a bit but it was the best food we had and very reasonably priced.

The place is perfect and exactly as described by the pictures. The rooms are big, and comfortable. The place is quiet. The pool is great for a sunny day or at night. I enjoyed the time in this place and absolutely will visit it again with my friends, we all loved it.

We had a fabulous day at Ben’s. We found Ben very available and easy to communicate with. The space was perfect for three of us. We enjoyed the cats daily visits and showing us where the cat food was kept by banging the door until we opened it lol . There was a water issue during our stay and Ben worked hard to resolve it and provided a temporary solution. Thank you, Ben. There are a few minor items that could use some repairs which I’m sure will be taken care of promptly. We would highly recommend staying at Ben’s place.

Sebastian house was simply amazing!! we absolutely loved it. The yard was magical with all the plant and the house is beautiful! we slept really well and we're confortable for our 5 days there. we had some iguana friends in the backyard that our girls really enjoyed and my mom even spotted a spider monkey! The kitchen was well equip to cook. we were sad to leave! Sebastian was quick to answer. overall we loved our stay and would come back anytime!! also the house is about a 12 minutes walk to the beach which was easy enough with our kids. the beach is huge there and really beautiful.

The house, with its spacious pool and garden, was perfect for our family of 3. The thoughtful touches in the room (detergent for the washing machine, drinking water (and beer 😊) in the fridge, band-aids) made us feel truly welcome. The host was extremely helpful, always available for advice, and provided us with a detailed information packet before our arrival, which included valuable tips. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with all the amenities you could possibly need!

The condo exceeded expectations which were already fairly high. We had a few plumbing issues (no hot water & leak from one of the bathroom sinks), but the host was very reactive in having someone address them. Network was strong and reliable, kitchen was well equipped for proper cooking sessions and all three ACs worked perfectly, which were our priorities. The stunning sunset from the balcony was a much appreciated bonus.

Jessica's place was amazing! We are a family of 4 and it fit us perfectly! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows and extra sheets for a pull out bed in the couch (the couch bed wasn't very comfortable but what pull out bed really is, our son loved it and said it perfectly fine). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. The grocery store is within walking distance. We walked to the pools, played pickle ball at the courts and relaxed in the hot tub. The security guards were very nice and we felt very safe. We will be back!

Excellent place to stay. Really nice atmosphere. Perfect distance to everything. Could easily picture living here. Diana was very responsive and informative. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We really loved Diana’s place.

Todo bien con el lugar, es bastante cómodo y limpio, al igual que la ubicación es excelente. Lo único que no me agradó fue la parte de tener que dejar una retención de crédito o pagar un seguro, ya que por eso se hace por medio de una aplicación. Fuera de eso, recomiendo ampliamente el lugar 🤗

One of the better AirBnB experiences I've had! My group agreed that the condo was even nicer than it looked in pictures, including private interior spaces and pool and common areas. In my group we had two couples and myself, and although I was destined for the sofa bed (at 6'0) I found it to be pretty comfortable.

Our stay at the Flamenco Rosa complex at Las Palmas could not have gone ANY better. The condo & surrounding area were beautiful and host, Steve & Robbie are great guys who do everything they can to make the guests feel at home. If you have any questions at all they are extremely responsive & eager to assist. All of the other guests that we encountered by the wonderful pool area were quick with a smile & a friendly “hello”. The immediate area features an amazing coffee shop, a convenient mini-market, several tasty restaurants and best of all - the beautiful, Coco beach less than a 5 minute walk from the complex. This was my first time in Costa Rica and I felt so at home. After my week stay I seriously did not want to leave! When I return next year I’m hoping to be able to stay at Flamenco Rosa once again. I can’t recommend the place, the area, and the people enough! Pura Vida!!! 😁❤️

Laurie's condo is clean and well-equipped - kitchen has lots of pots and pans, everything you need in a kitchen for cooking a meal. The pictures and description is very accurate. The pool is very cute and well maintained and the staff are very helpful. Laundry room is clean and affordable. There is a convenient store right across the street and a nice a pizza restaurant downstairs. We met and made friends with many people during our stay, and we were fortunate enough to go on a few out-trips to surrounding beaches. We had a great 2-month stay.
