From the balcony you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The complex has a private pool and gym. It is located very close to the Downtown Area, and has several shops in its surroundings, such as the 24-hour Ancap Service Station.

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings on the property from different historical periods, including remains of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The studio overlooks a colonial central patio and has 1 bathroom, a kitchenette with a queen bed and a large sofa bed separated by a folding screen.
