Our house is located in a very interesting point of Cologne, a quiet neighborhood with proximity to several places of interest in the city. You'll love my place because of the natural light, the backyard with a barbecue and green space, the wood stove, the spaciousness, the comfortable and spacious kitchen, complete with basic condiments available. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families, and large groups of friends.

Fully enjoyable for its heated and outdoor pools, gym, and sauna. The complex also has its own restaurant for guests' convenience. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, equipped for an excellent stay.

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings from different historical periods on the property, including vestiges of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The apartment overlooks a central colonial courtyard and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.

Old colonial house built in 1850, located in the center of the Historic District. You will be able to enjoy the charm of it and its surroundings.
