A luxury accommodation in the center of Aguadulce, with amenities nearby and the beach next door. The house is spectacular and the outdoor areas are a dream, they left the pool ready for us even though it wasn't yet the opening date, and Yolanda was lovely. The only downside is that they are only double beds, and it would be nice if in some of the rooms there were two beds, in case a group of friends go and not all of them are a couple, as happened to us. As for everything else, I highly recommend this accommodation.

A wonderful apartment overlooking the sea and the harbor. Right on the beach and right by the city. Perfectly located if you want both. Large balcony and very, very cozy living room also overlooking the sea.

The place was as advertised. Safe, quiet residence. Lovely and friendly neighbors. Everything was perfect, nothing was missing and the hot tub on the rooftop terrace was full of views🤩. A very responsive and friendly host. We spent 10 days and we'll be back without hesitation. We were advised by Carol to go to the friends' cafe in Aguadulce and really I recommend +++ Big thanks for your stay and your hospitality.

It was a fantastic stay, the apartment was impeccable, with everything you need. It is very close to the beach, the views from the terrace are incredible with the sea in the background. The facilities are excellent. Vanessa has been an excellent host very kind and attentive to anything she needed.

Our second stay at this stunning apartment 😍 the apartment is fantastic everything you could possibly need 😍 and the location is picture postcard so very beautiful and just a few steps from the massive outdoor deck , aguadulce is just beautiful and within walking distance cannot wait to come back next year ❤️

The stay was like the movie 'Field of Dreams'. I will return for longer stay next time. The location of this place transports you to a remote village. It is not just the super hosts that makes you feel welcomed. The whole village does too. Neighbors would bring us fruits and vegetables. You wouldn't think that villages like this still existed. Quiet place right on the beach with a spectacular promenade, the apartment has a terrace to have breakfast with wonderful views, generally recommended.

Exceptional place to go with friends and children. It has everything to cook (iron, barbecue, rosco, beer pulls, ample kitchen…) and also if you like padel or go with children you have a paddle and tennis court in an acceptable state to pass the time. The pool is surrounded by grass with umbrellas and dining area. I would definitely go back.

The apartment is very cozy and we were surprised. Julián was always attentive and helpful at all times. I recommend it.

Undoubtedly, if we come to Roquetas again, we will stay in Jesus' apartment: friendly and close treatment, and good advice in all aspects (restaurants, places of interest...). One of the things that surprised us was that the apartment is larger than the photos show, making the stay very cozy. In addition, it has to be added that the community pool is great... It should also be noted the ease of parking, as well as the good location that it has... We spent a few days very comfortable!!!

Everything perfect! The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. Equipped with everything we needed. The space is very well taken advantage of, the terrace and hammock are great for relaxing. Peter is very friendly and responsive and communication with him was very fluent. Highly recommended!

Lovely, spacious flat, with all the comforts of home. Lola and her partner were a great help in getting us settled inspite of the language barrier. An added bonus, fresh lemons from the lemon tree in the garden.

The stay was nice. Malin was very flexible with the schedules, which helped us a lot.

From start to finish our stay here was perfect. Our host Carlos was always very quick to answer any questions and Carmen who met us at the property was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The house had everything we needed and is a beautiful home for our family and 2 dogs. The pool was available to use, and its is just a moment walk to the beach and several beach front bars. We have travelled around Spain a lot and always use AirBnB´s. This is one of the best we have booked! We would definitely return here if we visited the area again. Nick was a great host, attentive at all times that we were comfortable in the apartment. We have made plenty of suggestions and interesting recommendations. The house is functional and practical, and beautifully decorated, to make your stay enjoyable. The views of Cabo de Gata are wonderful and the facilities of the urbanization are great. Good, quiet place 40 meters from the sea. On the outskirts of Aguadulce. Also great for jogging on the beach.

The accommodation is in a good area of Almeria, 15 min from the beaches of Cape Gata and 15 min from downtown Almeria. Fidel a state pending at all times and has given us directions to eat, highly recommended. The house is great for 7 people we were, and the common areas are great, pool, paddle tennis,.. It should also be noted that it is in a closed urbanization, with green and pedestrian areas. To repeat!!!

José's house is exactly what it offers in the listing, a small but cozy and very comfortable apartment, in a quiet environment, a few meters from the beach and in a very comfortable development, with a pool, paddle courts, meadow and next to a beautiful promenade. Very few minutes by car to the rest of beaches, all beautiful. We would definitely repeat.
