Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Playa Santa María del Mar

Extremely good apartment and host except the balcony is near a main street with heavy traffic. Very noisy.

During my time in Peru, I had two main stays with Danitza. One was a short stay that turned long-term, while the other was a short two night stay until I departed Lima. Both stays were amazing, in which Danitza was very flexible, accommodating, and quickly responsive. Whats best about this unit is it's vicinity to stores and restaurants and the fact that it feels more like a private home compared to Airbnbs that are in huge apartment buildings. 10/10 recommend!

The apartment is super comfortable, it is in an excellent area and there is everything you might need around it, the rooms are a good size and the place was very clean. Maria responded quickly and was very clear with her instructions. I highly recommend this home.

We had a nice family weekend, we felt right at home in the apartment and enjoyed the comforts of the Condominium and its proximity to the beach. César was very attentive and always responded to our messages quickly and kindly. We will definitely be back.

Frederick's place was perfect for our family of 4. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. He was quick to respond to our questions and even went out of his way to accommodate our request. We will definitely stay at his placr again if we come back to Lima in the future.

The pictures say it all! We particularly liked the huge amount of closet space and hangers - things often missing! The security desk was always manned, and the guys were very helpful.

Mrs. Maria is charming, the house is beautiful, cozy with all the amenities and facilities. A few blocks from San Bartolo Boulevard.

incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

The house is as shown in the photos, has the equipped kitchen, the beautiful pool and an excellent grill. Everything ok! We had no issues checking in as the communication was great! Yes, I would come back! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing weekend, the house is nice and has all the amenities🤩, it has everything, umbrellas, beach chairs, and more… a very nice terrace. Reyna and her husband were always attentive to all the details and helped us with all our requests, good restaurant recommendations, etc., and they left me a very nice gift for my birthday thank you 🎂 very much 🙏🏼

Renee and Marion's apartment is spectacular, it overlooks the beach and the area is very quiet and safe. The duplex is spacious and comfortable, very well maintained and practically new. The kitchen and rooms are very well equipped. It's just amazing that each room has its own bathroom and an additional guest bathroom, I think that's it It allows guests to have privacy in each space. I think the apartment can even be a success when the weather is warmer because the environment is too relaxing. We will be back for sure!

Very peaceful, we had a lovely family time away from the sound of the seaside, with an amazing view, can be a little difficult to access and away from the beach. But it gave us peace of mind

Awesome experience!!!!The house is easy to find and security is good.The interior is also very nice. The host also prepared brand new utensils. It is an excellent part of the barbecue. The balcony on the second floor has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset!

Exceptional!!! Since we lived in Barranco for three years, we know that the apartment is in one of the nicest places in Barranco. The living felt authentic and not touristy, for which we are very grateful. You have an incredible panoramic view from the roof terrace, even beyond Barranco, which is great. And there are many nice and interesting places nearby, such as museums and restaurants, as well as pretty shops. Julio is helpful, friendly, flexible and accommodating. His apartment made it possible for us to feel right at home in Barranco again!

This house was just perfect for our family vacation and 1st time in Lima. The house is spotless and spacious. The sunset view from different areas of the house was breathtaking. There was 10 of us, two families composed of two sisters, their sons, with their views and kids. The number of rooms was just perfect to accommodate everyone in our group. We went to Lima for my husband’s Birthday and were lucky to get the master bedroom which was just so beautiful. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. The gentleman at the front door was very helpful. We took uber to the local Wong to buy groceries and cooked a few meals, the kitchen had all the necessary items. We spend many hours in the outside balcony playing poker, drinking wine and just enjoying the beautiful view. Unfortunately the rio tides were very strong and we were unable to go inside the beach but still sat in the sand and enjoying locos food and drinks. We loved staying at the luxurious house for our family trip!

Very nice apartment! It is a super comfortable and spacious duplex, it has everything you need to spend a few days on the beach and with a nice terrace and pool. Its location is really good, really close to the beach. Highly recommended, also for the service and attention of the hosts, they make sure that everything is good for the stay and are super friendly and helpful at all times.

We enjoyed our stay in Miraflores very much. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The store was a quick 5-10 min walk and lots of restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay again, the views of the coast are breathtakingly beautiful.
