Such an amazing Airbnb. Pool and gym are soooo nice. Super close to nice beaches and good surf spots.

The location is excellent, central to everything. The apartment is very nice and in very good condition. Fernando made me feel at home, and he was always very attentive, answering all my questions.

The Department is very well located,close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, parks, beaches, etc. The size of the Department is spacious and comfortable for 6 people. The communication and the host's attention to us was very good, as did the people who worked in the Building. Hugo small inconveniences that were fixed right away. I had a problem and Ursula bent over backwards to help me resolve it. She is extremely helpful and if she was a Boy Scout in the United States, she would be Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent! Exceptional!!! Since we lived in Barranco for three years, we know that the apartment is in one of the nicest places in Barranco. The living felt authentic and not touristy, for which we are very grateful. You have an incredible panoramic view from the roof terrace, even beyond Barranco, which is great. And there are many nice and interesting places nearby, such as museums and restaurants, as well as pretty shops. Julio is helpful, friendly, flexible and accommodating. His apartment made it possible for us to feel right at home in Barranco again!

Pros; centrally located-walking distance to tourist area, impressive rooftop terrace, responsive host, cute bedroom with a theater size TV ,great kitchen. The Cons; the bathroom was set up wrong. one has to go through the shower to get to the toilet ,which was tucked under the stairway and as a man I kept banging my head on the ceiling.

We enjoyed our stay at Monica's apartment. The apartment is quite spacious, and includes a washer-dryer (one combined machine so you don't have to move the clothes over). The neighborhood is great too, a short walk to a supermarket and many restaurants. We also liked that the building has a doorman 24/7 which makes it really safe. They even let us store our luggage there during the day after we checked out (our departing flight wasn't until later in the afternoon). A couple things to be aware of: - There's no AC, which is probably due to Lima's mild climate. This was mostly ok (opening the windows keeps the apartment cool) but could be an issue on hot/sunny days if you prefer a cooler setting. - The windows don't have screens so if you're afraid of heights, don't look down ;). There aren't many bugs in Lima so that wasn't an issue, but it might be good to install screens for more safety. Overall the place was great and Monica was a super responsive and helpful host.

Actually the place is very cozy, it has everything you need in menagerie and artifacts; only a recommendation, check the freezer, since it did not fulfill its function well. As for the rooms, very clean, tidy enough beds for a large family. The place is very good, there are children's games where they can play comfortably all day. In relation to adult games: they could do maintenance on the hand fulbito and change the game of billiard balls since many of them were very beaten. The psychic is large that we all enter comfortably, the water is not temperate but with the sun it does, it makes you think so. The parrila area is large even have a pizza oven or very good bread. INTERNET service is fluid throughout the house and there is cable per stremming the one that ran out on the last day of stay. In general, the house met expectations but has some points to improve (rating 8.5/10) If I would come back!

An excellent place to get away with the whole family. The owner of the property is very friendly, the people in charge of taking care of the house are very attentive and it feels like a very safe place to spend time with the family and the little ones at home.

Henry is an excellent host, his home is beautiful and beautifully located. Those who like surf could not ask for more. Legendary Picos like Señoritas and Caballeros very close. The house is not great for family as an unforgettable moment in Punta Hermosa. Wake up with a beautiful front beach already checking the waves when you drink the coffee is priceless. Esper back ready.
