The apartment (50m2) is part of a medium-sized condominium, in the Las Playas. A 5 minute drive to the Yacht Club and Caleta Beach. With panoramic view; quiet and safe. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed and in the living room with a single bed and two mattresses. We have a kitchen and dining room. The terrace and pool are common areas. Notes: 1. Hello, how are you? The Audi house (Privacy) has parking for motorcycles and cars. It's very safe, with a patio outside (table and chairs). When entering, you can see that there are no steps. It has a large living room, a beautiful dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with all the basics for you to cook quietly, two large bedrooms with fans, and two full bathrooms with (towels, soap, toilet paper) ideal for your personal hygiene.
