Exquisite Ambiance in Tenerife Sur.

Beautiful semi-detached house, on one level with private garden and porch, perfect for romantic getaways, situated in a private and very quiet residential area. There are lots of common areas and a solar-panel heated pool. This apartment has been completely refurbished with a minimalist and modern style. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, LCD 26" TV, and a large wardrobe. Living-room with a 42" LCD TV, home cinema (with option of connecting to a laptop) and a very comfortable sofa. It has an American-style fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower and ambient lighting throughout the house. Located in the south of Tenerife with 85% sunny days per year and an average temperature of 25º. 100 meters from the apartment there is a stunning inlet and natural pool, and about 2 kilometers from a protected natural area where you can go hiking, snorkeling, and swim with giant turtles!

Incredible view lovely modern flat

The appartement has a wonderful view of the sea and 2 min from a nice swimming spot. Quiet neighborhood with a nice terasse and shops and restaurants all around the place. Privat swimming pool. It has been renovated in May 2019 and has 2 double beds. dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, bedsheets and towels, etc. Most suitable for 2 people, but can be rent to 4 people if needed. Only 30‘ from the airport. No private parking but parking possibilities down the road.

The place was renovated in 2025, with the best materials and very modern decor. This is a great place for a relaxing seaside vacation. Beautiful studio in Playa Paraíso with an amazing sea view towards La Gomera Island. Completely equipped and renewed. Swimming pool and access to the beach. A lot of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The new Hard Rock Hotel just in front. ATTENTION: From 16th of June 2025 until the end of the year, the pool will be CLOSED due to renovation works.
