The place is amazing, better than what you see in the photos, where it is located very safely and the surroundings in Hacienda Pinilla are very nice. It has everything you need for a comfortable and cozy stay. Denise's attention was excellent, always attentive and very proactive. I recommend the accommodation 100%. You can visit different beaches in the area and it has a very nice pool.

The host was very kind, everyone in general, the cleanliness was very good!! I have to go back!

Lucas is a very kind, responsive, and attentive host. He helped me with my laundry, connected me with surfing lessons, and took me paddle boarding. This was a great choice for my first time in Costa Rica. The location is perfect- it is within walking distance of the beach and town but also in a quiet residential area. I would highly recommend. My family of 7 really enjoyed this Airbnb! Pros: It is absolutely beautiful & spacious. They even supplied us with beach chairs, towels & a large ice chest. Clean unit & safe area. Super responsive as well! Cons: It wasn’t the easiest to navigate to. Don’t recommend using Apple Maps to get here, try Google maps or Waze. It is also confusing on how to find the unit, wish they provided more specific details as the security guard spoke very little English. Sort of a far walk 10-15 minutes to main part of town.

Perfect place to stay in Tamarindo if you want to be walking distance from restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Lots of noise at night from the night bar across the street, however each room was equipped with white noise machines which helped drown out the noise. Had an issue with one of the air conditioning units during our stay, but the host was quick to respond and someone came within a half hour to check it out! Would recommend!

We absolutely loved this place. It’s gorgeous (GORGEOUS) very walkable and private at the same time. If you know CR, the amenities here are something you cannot find at other places. The water dispenser, toilettes, bathrooms and all appliances are well above average. Also to note, the place is decorated with fabulous artwork from a local and well-known artist. I would live here if I could! We will stay again 100%

The condo is exactly as advertised in the pictures and description! You are literally minutes from dozens of restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach/ocean! The owner and local host (Christina) were both extremely responsive and gave great recommendations for everything Tamarindo and other local areas. It was also very nice having a place that was somehow quiet/peaceful at night, yet so close to everything!

A fantastic place with a very friendly host ready to make you feel like home. Very clean and all as in the pictures. Will be happy to come back if I’m ever in Coco again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place is just like the pictures, beautifully decorated and perfect for 2 people. A quick few minute drive to the downtown area. Tim and Rita were very friendly and responsive when needed and provided alot of recommendations! We also appreciated the secure underground parking as we rented a car. At this time, it appears to be a new property so a few units are still for sale. So plenty of space to park. The Host have done great with warm lighting inside and outside the apartment but the apartment building itself has white lightening which attracts more insects at night so just be prepared. I would suggest the adding of curtains in the kitchen & living room for added privacy. There were people who hungout near the driveway and in the construction site across the street that was in view of the living room so a little uncomfortable as they would be there during the day & night.

The Villa is magnificent! Outdoor areas are exceptional! The pool, the monkeys, the outdoor shower, everything is well thought out! You feel like you're the only person in the world! Everything is beautiful and the host provides incredible service! Book, it's worth the trip!

This was the perfect place for our honeymoon/anniversary trip! We stayed for almost a week and it was amazing. Wils was very helpful and quick to respond to any and all questions. We were just a walk away from the beach and amazing restaurants. This place was tucked away so it was very private when compared to other nearby areas. We hope to be able to come back again some day! I will say, the hot water heater was out when we arrived and Wils was quick to get it fixed as soon as possible! Such a friendly host in such a friendly town!

The Bungalows near Flamingo Beach truly lived up to my expectations. The views surrounding the property were stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio, which was a lovely spot to relax. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was immaculate and well-maintained. Our host was exceptionally helpful, providing prompt responses to any issues we encountered and offering valuable suggestions for local dining and activities.

We really enjoyed our stay, great hosts. They have 2 lovely dogs as well, they have it setup so that a gate separates the garden in two. They won’t go around the pool area but we opened the gate for Rio the Border Collie to hang out, very friendly and quiet dogs. Quiet and super close to the beach, walk 100 meters you are at a supermarket, next 100 meters you are already at the beach! The house has everything needed to cook and even a nice TV. Rooms and common areas all like in the pictures. Thanks a lot 🙏🏻

Sonia was so great! She set up four different taxis for us and was so responsive when the A/C unit broke…was only down for an hour or two! Perfect location, walking distance from beach and easy for tour groups to find. Overall a very great stay!!

The view from this unit is unparalleled. Great space and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet at the pool.

This was a very nice luxury condo near Playa Junquilall. The property has 24 hour security and is very well maintained. There are shops and restaurants within close distance but they do tend do close earlier as this is a small town. Our host Chiara was awesome. She was flexible in meeting us as we arrived late and provided much information about the local area. The unit has all the amenities you would expect, including gear for the beach. This is a great property for a family with kids, highly recommend.

This place exceeded my expectations. Pictures don’t do justice. The restaurant at the top is AMAZING. Lizette, the person who received us, is a beautiful person and very knowledgeable. Don’t think twice to book this!!!!

The grounds of building are excellent two pools, BBQ areas, etc. It's a well thought out building.

This is really a gem, great location, close from the beach and good restaurants. Good parking slot even for large cars, that is difficult to find. The host was really responsive, giving recommendations about local events, restaurants, etc. The Airbnb was as described in the pictures. I will fully recommend this place.
