Vacation rentals with a pool in Playa Gigante

Great place to stay, close to everything you need.. Apartment was well stocked and comfortable!! Extremely helpful with letting me check-in early and checkout late. Would definitely stay again!!

Great house for large family or groups. Nice ocean view ( not of playa Redonda) but other bay next door. I love the restaurant in Aqua Resort its a huge plus!! Make sure generator is working because of random power outages !!

We’ve stayed at many houses in Hacienda Iguana and this house was by far our favorite. It’s got an amazing layout and gorgeous furniture + comfortable beds. But I’ll always remember the spectacular wrap around screened in porches on both levels. We stayed with our 4 month old and it was so beautiful to give him his midnight bottle in an Adirondack rocking chair on the screened in patio off the main bedroom…precious ‘new mom moments’ under the moon, stars, with the sound of the ocean (you can hear the waves at Panga Drops surf break). The property is located directly across the dirt road from the most secluded part of the beach. We had gorgeous evening walks at low tide sunset and came home to cook dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We had coffee by the crystal clear pool in the mornings and really enjoyed being walkable to Rancho Santanas Taqueria + the cute restaurants in Iguana. Bonus: we decided to elope! Great place! Spent it with our family and it was extremely nice to have someone on sight to help with any questions. Definitely recommend a 4 by 4 car finding it was easy but the road is not completely paved but totally worth it. View was beautiful.

Casa Milor is a beautiful home in the perfect location. Playa Marsella feels like private beach you have all to yourself! The fisherman are super friendly and have fresh fish available everyday. The fauna was the best part we had a family of mono congos (monkeys) visiting every morning to eat the olives from the olive tree, we saw turtles at night and beautiful birds. This place is a true paradise!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Soliel. It is an amazingly beautiful, perfectly located, sweet little home. Mario and Karen were lovely and helpful and we hope to be back someday!

Really lovely place to stay. Located in a beautiful spot and the apartment was exactly as described. All really clean and comfortable. A very short walk to the beach where there is a nice bar and restaurant. There is also a little pool just outside the apartment block which was really handy for little ones. Roberta was very helpful and quick to answer any question. We’d definitely stay here again!

Paul’s place was so lovely & spacious for us, we absolutely loved the open kitchen/lounge and balcony views. Everything very clean! Beds were SO comfortable, we had great nights sleeping there. The pool was also lovely & we were the only ones using it. It’s about 10-15 mins walk to town and easy to get cheap taxi’s back. Theres a small shop nearby for essentials. The only tiny downside was the WiFi was quite intermittent at times with all 4 of us using it, but this is to be expected in Nicaragua & we weren’t that bothered! Lovely stay and would love to stay again in the future!

Tom was super responsive, had a WiFi issue, he was all over it. Great place to stay, would love to go back.

I love it when I can walk a mile on a beach and generally see no more than 3 dozen people the whole time. There were always surfers enjoying the great waves and the water is never calm which meant I felt better in the pool. There were several restaurants which made it nice for night dining. There's a 9 hole golf course and once you pay for 9 you can play as many holes as you want. It was always possible to go to the office with a question or text them and they were responsive.

The accommodation was in perfect condition, very comfortable, just steps from the beach, the owners are very friendly and respond very quickly to any questions. To take into account in the future, in the complex there is only 1 pool for the 3 apartments, the owners live right there, and although a car can enter from the street, it is better to arrive with a high car. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant.

Uri was a huge help, great manager. Always got us what we needed then and there. Juan Pablo was great as well, always answered any questions immediately and made our stay super easy. Nice kitchen and everything you need for a long term stay. Walking distance to the beach, both grocery stores and Dog Town. Already planning our next trip back!
