100 % recomendable, el alojamiento tiene una excelente ubicación y todas las comodidades que se puedan requerir al estar de vacaciones. Además, Enrique es un anfitrión increíble, pendiente todo el tiempo de nosotros y atento con cualquier duda o dificultad que se nos presentó. Nous avons passé trois semaines particulièrement agréables dans ce magnifique appartenant situé dans un domaine privé paradisiaque et très paisible, jouissant d'une situation exceptionnelle avec une superbe vue sur la mer ainsi que sur les très beaux et confortables jardins, entrevus journellement par un personnel charmant. De plus, la propriété bénéfice d'un excellent emplacement près d'une jolie promenade menant au centre tout proche. A notre arrivée, nous avions été accueilli par Antonio qui s'est montré très sympathique, et toujours disponible lorsque nous avons eu besoin de lui par la suite. En conclusion, nous avons beau chercher un point négatif à cette location qui porte parfaitement son nom, mais n'en trouvons pas. Tout était absolument parfait, et c'est suffisamment rare pour ne pas être signalé. Nous n'avons donc qu'un souhait, y retourner dès que possible, tout en espérant qu'après avoir lu nos commentaires, il ne soit pas trop souvent réservé... !

logement très proche du tram pour aller au cœur de la ville en quelques minutes. le studio est plus que bien pensé il ne manque rien. Le petit café à côté fait de délicieux churros minute pour le petit déjeuner. Erika et son mari son très agréable et souriant plein de bienveillance. je recommande

Susana was very nice and helpful host. Check in was easy and all instructions clear. Apartment is big and comfortable. Equipment is slightly different from pictures (shower instead of bathtub…). But everything works and we spend here beautiful weeks. Position is very good, many shops are just around (supermarket, mercado, cafes…) Tram station and bus stops if you need to use public transport. And harbor, beach and historic center is just 10 minutes walking. When you plan to work from the apartment internet is stable and fast enough for video calls.

The modern kitchen features sleek cabinetry and a stylish black backsplash. Appliances include a microwave, coffee maker, and a cooktop integrated into the countertop. Light wood flooring complements the overall design, while natural light enhances the space through a nearby window.

Muy buen trato desde el principio. Incluso pudimos hacer el check-in un poco antes. 100% recomendable tanto por el piso en si como por su ubicación y servicios. Tiene lavandería de uso exclusivo para el edificio. El anfitrión muy buen en todo momento. Muy buena comunicación y no tuvimos ningún problema.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, blisko do plaży, do przystanku autobusowego na lotnisko, oraz na trasę do zamku, a do centrum ok. 15 minut spacerkiem. Kilka kroków do sklepu, restauracji i kawiarni z pysznymi croissantami. Pokoje bardzo przytulne. Kuchnia i łazienka w starym stylu, ale wyposażone we wszystko czego potrzeba. Jedyne co mogłoby się przydać, a czego nie było w kuchni, to ekspres do kawy oraz toster. Duże podziękowania za możliwość pozostawienia bagażu w dniu wymeldowania i odebrania w godzinach popołudniowych. Pobyt bardzo udany.

L’appartamento è ben progettato, nuovo, moderno e pulito. Ha anche un garage sotterraneo con un extra di 5,00€ al giorno, anche se in questo periodo non è difficile trovare il parcheggio in strada. È dotato di un locale lavanderia in comune, molto comodo. La reception è quasi sempre a disposizione e tutti i ragazzi sono stati gentilissimi. Super consigliato!

We had a great time in Alicante staying here. Apartment was a fantastic space for multi-generation family stay/visit (grandparents in addition to us and 10+9 year old kids). It is an ideal location to explore Alicante old town, all the sights and restaurants and very close to beach and marina.

An inviting hallway features wooden paneling that separates the space. Brightly colored hats hang on the wall alongside a small mirror. A potted plant adds greenery, complementing the light wooden flooring and white walls that create a fresh, open feel.

Merci à Luis pour son accueil très agréable est sympathique. C'est un hôte vraiment charmant, attentif et prévenant, parfois un peu trop infantilisant pour les Adultes. L'appartement est fidèle à la description, il est parfait pour un bon séjour au bord de la mer. Tout est accessible facilement à pied, et les transports sont justes à coté. (Je vous conseille de faire la visite de la ville à pied, vous y découvrirez ces jolis quartiers des pêcheurs d'autrefois) Le centre ville d'Alicante est agréable attrayant et beaucoup de restaurants. Et si comme moi vous aimez la plage, la plage du Postiguet est juste à côté, belle plage....sinon le tram vous emmène vers d'autres plages. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Luis, je vous recommande de retenir ce logement. Juste que l'heure de départ à 11h du matin est trop tot (temprano) pour nous. Dieses Appartement hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage ist direkt im Zentrum, zum Strand läuft man 20min. Alles in direkter Nähe. Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt hier an nichts für einen Urlaub in Alicante. Vom Balkon gibt es einen 180 Grad Rundum-Blick. Herrlich! Am Ende habe ich meinen Kulturbeutel liegen gelassen. Der wird mir jetzt nach Madrid nachgesendet. Großartiger Service. Wer in Alicante Urlaub machen möchte, sollte sich diese tolle Option unbedingt anschauen. Kerstin

Wonderful quiet place to stay. Very relaxing. Modern apartment. Small quiet area with just a few shops and restaurants nearby. Supermarket and airport are just a short, cheap bus ride away. Beautiful place, lovely views from the balcony but the construction next door can be noisy during the day.

The appartement is very well situated, close to the beach and in the heart of the old city, surrounded by nice buildings. Moreover, one of the trails that go to the Santa Barbara castle starts in front of the apartment building. The apartment is very cosy, clean and well equipped and the communication with Liubov is easy. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

El alojamiento está situado en la calle principal de Calpe, en una zona con mucho ambiente y cerca de la playa. La casa es muy agradable, está decorada con muy buen gusto y cuidada. Su Terraza es enorme, ideal para el verano, y posee ventilador y aire acondicionado. En cuanto al contacto con Virginia, excelente, en todo momento se preocupó por explicarnos todo, adaptar horarios y resolvernos cualquier duda. Ha sido una gran anfitriona. Cuando vayamos a Calpe, repetiremos sin duda.

A perfect vacation with family in Punta Prima

We stayed in the condo for 10 days. The place was very clean, and well equipped (just enough but not so much it felt cluttered). The location was perfect. The ground floor meant that it was shaded all day. Also, it was off to the side. While it was close to the pool, you didn’t have people setting up towels by your own patio. Very short walk to beach, short walk to the main strip of restaurants and a grocery store. I highly recommend this condo.

Although my stay was short, the accommodation was excellent. Good location. Clean. Very comfortable bed. Hot water lasted in shower. Unit shares kitchen and bathroom with other units but there were half baths. Apartment is spacious. Kitchen had everything. Coffee was supplied. Filtered water dispenser was great. The decor was appealing. I wished I’d found her place earlier. Although I had trouble with the apt lock, host was quick to respond and help. There’s an app that has to be download prior to check in. I’d recommend staying here. Oh, the unit is on top floor/4th and there’s no lift. Pack light and you’ll be fine.
