It is an ideal house to spend a few days with family or friends. Very spacious, very comfortable, the heated pool, the games. Highly recommended. We'll be back!!

Great stay to stay with 9 friends. Walking distance as well as several supermarkets. The heated swimming pool and sauna was a great added value.

Exceeded all our expectations! Fantastic property, super clean, tidy with everything you may need. Every detail is thought through - made us feel really welcome, cosy. Never ever stayed at a place before where mattress and pillows would be so comfy! Aaaaand a macadamia shower gel added a touch of luxury:) Thank you! Such an amazing location.. peaceful, lots of space, shops and restaurants only few mins away by car. Private, lots of space and everything that we needed. Photos do not do justice, it's much better:) Our puppy enjoyed running on the grass and our daughter enjoyed the trampoline and the pool most! Carlos was always very responsive, polite and helpful. Such an amazing experience. Highly recommended!!

Alexander's place was perfect! We felt right at home. The house has everything you need for cooking, nice large TV, patio for outdoor dining, it's very close to a really lovely beach and all amenities, supermarkets etc...overall a fantastic stay. highly recommended....thankyou!

We had the pleasure of being hosted by Boris and Svetlana. Rarely received such a warm welcome, the house was spotless as well as the amenities provided (linens,bed etc .) We stayed in Monique's apartment for 9 days, 4 adults and 3 children. Although we shared only one apartment in two family groups, the availability of beds and two bathrooms still protected privacy. The kitchen has all the dishes you need, even a dishwasher and most importantly, there was a washing machine in the house. At the entrance of the house there is a well-furnished garden, on the first floor kitchen, table, sofa and a bathroom, on the mezzanine floor a room with 4 beds and on the upper floor two double bedrooms and another bathroom, at the top a terrace. Monique Elda was immediately precise and helpful, she provided us with detailed directions to find the apartment and upon our arrival, despite a two-hour delay due to problems at the airport, she waited for us without complaining. The location of the house is great for visiting nearby towns and cities, 15 minutes by car from Alicante (beautiful and I recommend visiting), beautiful beach near the house.

The house is a wonderful, good location in a quiet area, close to the city by car. Everything was very clean and José Luis was super friendly and always attentive. We would repeat for sure!

The apartment is well decorated and organized. The 2+2 stay was very comfortable. In front of the house you can have a coffee on the terrace. There is a school nearby and there is a bit of noise before 9, but it didn't bother us. Parking for car readily available. Walk to the beach, but we've always used the car anyway, so it wasn't a problem for us. Thank you for being able to check in early. We'd love to go back. Thanks for your hospitality

beautiful house with a very nice heated pool, each bedroom has its own bathroom and the house is easily liveable with 6 people. There is a small shopping centre nearby so it is easy to get groceries and other necessities. We do recommend hiring a car to visit a lot of the nearby cities and villages. overall we loved our stay and would certainly recommend this house

6 Male Friends on a reunion trip - We adored this place, great to have our own private spaces and a wealth of space around the property to relax in. Sunshine on the pool all day and then the back terrace with BBQ in the evening. Supermarkets a 10min drive away to load up. Not a lot to do in the local area and the beach is a little tired but this did not matter to us. We booked it purely for the property and pool and for us this was the perfect fit. Would highly recommend getting a hire car. Our hosts were very responsive! Thanks again Peter and Masha! We may see you again soon!

Our group (including 3 couples and 2 children) stayed here comfortably with plenty of space. We just missed out on the pool heater being turned on but we still used the pool a lot. There was plenty of space to seat us all for relaxing & eating and the kitchen had everything we needed. We found the amenities in the villa very useful - a washing machine, airer, plenty of towels, cots, highchairs, baby cutlery, toys, etc. The beach is a short walk away with plenty of restaurants to choose from and the tram stops are close making it very easy to get around (at a low cost too!) and so no car was needed. All in all we had a wonderful stay and are very grateful to the hosts for being so welcoming and accommodating. 5 stars, would recommend!

We had a great stay at Rein & Jennifer's place. The property was as described in the listing and very suitable for a family with plenty of towels/bedding/toys/books and cot/high chair. The various terraces and barbecue area were super comfortable with lots of cushions and great for alfresco eating/drinking. The pool area was safe for children and clean. There is a well-stocked shop, restaurants and tram stop within walking distance though there are a few small inclines. We would recommend this property.

We rented the cottage 3 days before arrival for two people. Everything worked smoothly. The only thing I would like is an oven, but it's not a must-have. I did an evening grill instead. A communicative host responds quickly to messages. A secluded cottage, 2 minutes by car to shops. Rating overall 10/10

The house is great, it has everything you can ask for in the house, conpleted kitchen, it has a spectacular patio is huge, the beach 4 minutes with promenade with many bars and if you want to walk to Santa Pola in 40 minutes you arrive, by car 5 min. Luciana very kindly welcomed us and let us in before the hour, she put us several messages if everything was okay, she answers very quickly the messages, the truth that I would repeat this house. 100% recommended.

We stayed here in early October for a week. We had a great time, quiet area. Clean and nice accommodation and fantastic with the pool that we used a lot. Nice also with a rooftop terrace where you could see sunsets and a fireworks from the neighboring village which was two of the evenings we were there. Walking distance to both grocery store and several restaurants and bars. Our favorite restaurants during the week became Mullberrys and The Grill house. It was also easy to connect with the hosts as a response quickly if you had questions or wanted tips about the surroundings. We experienced the beds as a little too hard, but this is something that is very individual. But as I said, we had a great stay at this house.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at La Casa de la Luna. The apartment is not only comfortable and clean, but also has stylish design elements that inspired us to shoot some content for social media. We found everything we needed, and the host provided useful tips to make our visit even better. The location is ideal—quiet yet within walking distance to the beach, the castle, and the old market. I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay! Tons of stuff to do around the house. We had little kids with us and found plenty of playgrounds and parks nearby. The house is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. The house offers everything you need. Definitely recommend

It is possibly the best value for money accommodation I have ever been to, it is located in a quiet area but has relatively close access to an Alicante tram station, so it was easy to get to the beach or downtown. It has all the amenities indicated, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a wood-burning barbecue and a gas barbecue. 8 of us went and it was perfect for the weekend.
