Condo vacation rentals in Playa del Postiguet

Everything was perfect, the apartment was as described, a spectacular terrace for breakfast and 10 minutes from the beach on foot. The apartment is very well soundproofed and you have places to eat or have something to drink very close. If we come back to the area we would stay with Illuminada again.

We had a lovely stay at Teresa's apartment. Teresa has always been very responsive and friendly. The apartment was very clean and very well located, with quick access to the beach as well as the city center of Alicante. We stayed there with our 20-month-old baby, and it was a great holiday. Looking forward to coming back!

Spotless and we were very grateful for the shampoos and hand wash etc, it felt homely and it gave us time to buy our own stuff. Something that stood out to me - we lived in the areas nearby for a few years in various properties, and found the properties were freezing in winter, so we were grateful for the two heaters - however, we didn't need to use them much at all! The apartment isn't cold! Yes, the kitchen may be too tired to some, but I'd prefer that than paying a crazy amount because they've refurbished it, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Bring ear plugs if noise bothers you though because the neighbours in every direction are very noisy even at 2am. Overall a lovely month's stay and Nathalie was lovely too :)

Well located place, next to the beach with Mercadona also next door. Spacious house to comfortably accommodate 6 people and a baby, very clean with air in all bedrooms. Having 2 bathrooms helps with the hassle that occurs when you're a large group. Functional and very complete appliances. One drawback is that the short walk to the beach-Mercadona has a lot of stairs, although by taking a small "detour" (+2min) you can go down the hill

A well appointed apartment. As described, very close to the beach. It is in a residential area, quiet and peacefull. Easy connection with Alicante, El Campello by bus or tram. Good onsite parking. Highly recommended.

Very nice place to stay with great views and good kitchen amenities. Quiet location. Beaches, shopping, restaurants and tram stop within 10 minutes walk. Nice host and easy communication. We were even allowed to check out in the afternoon, as our flight was only in the evening. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great week in Antonia's beautiful apartment on the 1st floor of a bungalow. Antonia welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us everything. The large fruit basket she had prepared for us was also very nice. On the spacious sunny terrace with flexible roofing you can sit wonderfully and look into the green complex with pool. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, the kitchen well equipped. By car, you can reach a great beach in 5 minutes. You can park directly at the house. Everything was perfect for us! :) We would book the apartment again anytime!

Rosa is a beautiful person, adorable, who advised us from start to finish on good restaurants and different activities. The house is great, there are 2 floors in addition to the ground floor and on each floor there is a terrace, as well as a large terrace downstairs, 2 bathrooms. Everything was perfect, the area is beautiful with a splendid view, from the terraces you can see the sea, sand and palm trees, it's beautiful. The area is quiet and you are less than 15 minutes from Alicante.☺️ We recommend Rosa, the value for money is great and the area is so beautiful. Thank you for everything, we'll be back for sure :) Our dog also loved it, he could go on the terraces and enjoy the sun peacefully ☀️ See you soon☺️

The Apartment was in a beautiful location with outstanding sea views. A peaceful location set in a gated community with a short walk through the immaculate garden to the beach. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. There was a family run restaurant Savini’s across the road which had good food. Villajoysa is a charming, quaint village full of colourful properties and great restaurants We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Thank you Helga!

Teresa's apartment is better connected than we thought. The beach next door, the tram and buses that made us not take the car for anything! Also when we arrived it was very clean. Teresa is very friendly and attentive, although we did not have to contact her because we had no problems.

We stayed 6 weeks in Nora’s cosy apartment in the old town. It had everything we needed and more. Location was great with beach and restaurants just down the road and a fantastic bakery in the other direction. We made good use of the tram which was a 10 minute walk to explore other costal towns but Villajoyosa was still the prettiest. Nora was a great host and responded quick to messages. If available we would definitely return. Thanks again Nora for letting us stay in your home 🙂

Great location and pool

We had an amazing time staying here, the apartment is well set up, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the rooftop was our favourite space to spend time. Manuel was very helpful and had everything set up for our arrival with a baby. We loved our stay and would happily return.

This was our third stay at Cristina’s Apartment. It is a lovely place with great views. At this time of year it is really peaceful. The balcony is a great place to sit and watch walkers and cyclists tackling the coastal path, but there is very little passing traffic. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday and has a good supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Can’t fault it!
