Free parking, a few minutes walk from the house.

Adorable apartment with superb views.

Casa Sirena is 600m from Beznar lake. The Valle de Lecrin or ‘The valley of happiness’ is an area of outstanding natural beauty surrounding Beznar lake. The Valley is half way between Granada and the Costa Tropical. Lanjaron, the gateway to the Alpujarra, is a ten minute drive. One can explore Granada in the morning and be on the Costa Tropical by siesta time. Both are twenty five minutes drive away from Beznar. The Sierra Navada ski resort is a fifty minute drive.

The great asset of this apartment on the top floor, ideally located a stone's throw from the beach, marina, restaurants and shops, facing the golf course, is its solarium, equipped with 2 deckchairs as well as a pergola sheltering garden furniture. You can enjoy stunning views of the greens and the Sierra Nevada while sipping your sangria. The apartment, recently renovated, is located in a beautiful residence with a large swimming pool open from March to October.

It is a loft house for the complete and exclusive use of guests, very close to the beach (10 seconds away). Located in one of the best residential areas of Almería, the environment is surrounded by houses with gardens and common green areas. A few meters away there is a mini-market and it is connected to the promenade from where the sunrise and sunsets in the afternoon are especially pleasant. On windy days it is a perfect area for surfing sports.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A stone's throw from the beach where you can do multiple water activities and very close to leisure areas with restaurants, cafes and services. The promenade takes you to the marina where you will find many bars and cafes. Additionally, the apartment was recently renovated in June 2023.
