Excellent service and the host's accompaniment at all times, willing to answer any questions, the accommodation was excellent, it could be improved in the boiler activation times and hot water, however when requesting the host the very kindly managed any requirement, this AirbNb was definitely recommended

Consuelo is a very friendly and attentive host with all her guests, everything was in line with what was reported in her listing and we had a great few days, there are places to eat nearby and similarly we took advantage of the kitchen that was our disposition. The pool and its facilities are very well cared for and the building staff is always there to help in case of anything. We will definitely return to this place...!!!!

The place is just like the photos, comfortable, with everything you indicate, accessible, comfortable, direct exit to the beach and great pools! Everything functional and without problems. Maybe as a detail to change the door plate that has play. Everything else is perfect

We liked everything, the place, the building and the location, but I think the apartment needs more work and the truth is it had a not very pleasant smell since everything is very old and I think it needs a good general cleaning since it was a little dirty, we think they should remodel the apartment better in terms of the decorations, everything else is very good, the building is very clean and it is very quiet and the view is very beautiful, the service is good, it would only be to improve the apartment to make one feel more comfortable

Everything was perfect in the apartment, Steven is a great host, the only thing to take into account is that he does not have a gazebo on the beach so you have to take into account that extra expense to rent one (between 10 and 15 USD per day for the gazebo).

We really enjoyed it as a family. The comfortable place, with a beautiful View. Very quiet, if you want movement you arrive in 5 minutes by car to the Atacames boardwalk or walking along the beach in 15 minutes. Maria is always attentive and Homar is very friendly.
