Patricia's apartment has an excellent location to move around Gijón without having to rely on a vehicle, with the beach and the whole wine area just a stone's throw away. the cleanliness has been excellent and a de mas nos facilitito where you can park the car right next to it. very simple communication and I was at all times attentive to what we might need. Recommended accommodation 100x100!

The house and its surroundings are great. Just what we were looking for. Something quiet near Gijon. The house is fantastic, everything is very neat and clean. We loved it. Totally recommended to go with children and as a couple too. Thanks to Adriana who, although we didn't see each other, was always available. 100% recommended

It was a good stay in this duplex located very close to the heart of old Oviedo. We'd like to highlight the apartment's cleanliness and tidiness, as well as the views. Perhaps the only drawback, although not a major problem, is the noise of the wooden staircase leading to the upper rooms, but again, nothing to rule out choosing this place to spend a few days in Oviedo. Very good and attentive host. Everything is perfect and highly recommended.

Marigüí, the host, treated us great from the very first moment. She is an attentive and super friendly woman, you can see that she cares a lot about dealing with clients and that her stay is the best. As for the apartment, everything is great too, according to the photos and description. The area in which it is located is in the center of the village, there are bars and restaurants nearby and some super. All in all, a 100% recommended stay. If we come, let's repeat!!

Everything's great, an Alcampo next door, the beach 3 minutes away walking fast, 5 slow. Everything very clean and comfortable. Bus stop 6 minutes away, although we like to walk and we went to all the places on foot, it is very conveniently located.

We felt right at home! Elena gave us many recommendations to go to local restaurants, the apartment was spotless, super cozy and full of details. The views are amazing and there is also a covered parking 1 minute walk away. The neighborhood in addition to bonito is fun, full of cider stores. We will definitely be back if we return to Gijón.

We were very comfortable in Benigno's apartment. We were greeted by him and his wife very friendly and attentive to give us all the necessary directions, they even let us park in the place where they had their car. The views of the sea from the apartment are spectacular. We'll be back for sure.

The apartment is in an excellent location and offers direct access to the beach. The neighborhood has great shops, restaurants and cervecerías. Within walking distance you can reach the city center. We had direct contact with the person in charge who received us to give us the key and show us the house. His instructions were accurate and helpful. The house was spotless and smelled fresh and pleasant. The Internet was pretty fast and we found the selection of smart TVs in the bedroom very good. We would definitely come back!

Pilar was very kind from the first moment. She made it easy for us to pick up and return the keys, as we planned to arrive late in the day and leave early in the morning. She was concerned about how everything was going over the weekend. And the apartment, in addition to being very nice and well-kept, was clean, tidy and had everything. Very comfortable beds, fully-equipped kitchen and everything working perfectly. The location is great in an area filled with restaurants and cider houses. We will surely repeat since it is very close to our family. A ten out of ten and 100% recommended.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

The bedroom features a spacious bed covered with a dark blue bedspread, complemented by light-colored pillows. Bedside tables with lamps frame the bed, while a mirror and a wardrobe are visible in the background. Natural light enters through the nearby window.

I give 5 stars to Cesar's apartment because there are no more stars. The apartment is a beauty, super clean and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Cesar left us something for breakfast and rich chocolates. Everything clean and spotless. The very quiet building, we never saw another tenant. The apartment is a 20 minute walk from the historic part of the city. I will recommend Cesar's apartment to all my friends and family.
