A fantastic modern apartment with a communal swimming pool in the charming Poblenou area. The apartment has an open plan lounge / dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lovely sunny terrace. Metro is a short walk away and the #7 bus takes you to Paseo de Gracia in the centre in 15 min. The beach is a very pleasant 15 min stroll straight down the lovely tree lined pedestrian Rambla Poblenou. In 2025 access to the pool area will be closed until May 1st

Situado a 7' en coche de la UAB.
