Family-friendly vacation rentals in Havana

Staff went above and beyond to help us with all our questions, arrange reservations, transportation and find entertainment like music venues and dance, and get us oriented to being in Cuba. This made all the difference to our trip.

Yanet saved me. I was trying a different airbnb each week in Havana and I booked a fake house. He opened his house for me at 9 pm and was totally great. They are amazing hosts!

Beautiful home! Security and house staff were friendly and very helpful! Restaurants are within walking distance. House was well kept, clean and lots of room for 5 adults. The pool area was beautiful and a great place to relax in the evening. Would stay again.

This is my second time staying at Helen's house and I would definitely do it again. The house is very nice, with a beautiful view of the sea and the owners are very hospitable.

Simply spectacular! Wow! The pictures don’t do this place justice. As soon as you walk in you are overtaken by the size- it’s huge! At some moments it feels like you’re in a labyrinth and in disbelief that, “wait, there’s more?” This house is a historic structure that has carefully and pristinely maintained. The level of cleanliness and comfort have exceeded 98% of the Airbnbs (and yes, in the US) that we have stayed in (and we have stayed in really nice places). I failed to ask where the mattresses are from, but they feel as if they were intended for royalty. The decor, furniture, flooring, ceiling… everything is perfect. This could easily serve and be described as a mini museum that you get to sleep in. Cary and Felix are exceptional hosts. From the beginning, communication was constant, answered all questions we had almost instantly. As soon as we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, making us feel like family. I was very very impressed with the staff very friendly, respectful and kind. That’s what stood out the most to me. I’ve stayed in many places I think it was a little pricey also get prepared to spend extra money with their services meaning you have to pay for breakfast you have to pay for dinner, coffee water liquor… it would be cheaper to eat out every day, then dining in the home… the house was very clean well kept…

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! The space was spotless, the amenities were excellent, and the host was incredibly responsive. We felt right at home and would absolutely return.

My only regret was not staying longer.. The kitchen appeared completely functional, so I could have prepared meals for a long term stay. There was a living room with four comfortable chairs and a bench. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of storage for my clothes in the closet. The bathroom was awesome, especially the shower/tub. There is a nice shaded yard. The location is conveniently walkable to the Plaza of the revolution. I wanted to stay in a new area as I intended to walk a lot and explore. My host assisted me with an Uber to get me to my next destination. Thank you for your kindness.

Clean, large house in quiet area. There are many useful items and trees. I feel home when i met Froilan’s parents. They are enthusiastic and kind.

Blessings in all dimensions for anyone who can be seen reading. The stay at Casa Verde in Havana is precisely the perfect balance of feeling private and family at a time. I recommend that you consider staying between very nice and special beings who will see that every detail is at your best decision to take advantage. Apartment is spacious, fresh, good full kitchen, hot water, air in the room, prepared bathroom, and everything is very clean and cozy. It is steps away from Guagua stations, and is very well located near markets and places to eat and shop. I would definitely stay again if that were possible at this time. We arrived at a perfectly cleaned and organized apartment and the Host welcomed us as agreed. We were astonished of the size of the apartment even though in the pictures at AirBnB you can already get the feeling of a spacy apartment. The location of the apartment in the building is perfect, there is quietness 24 hours a day. In the entire building is nearly nobody, because the Host administers 2 apartments in the building and in the 3rd apartment of the building lives an elderly woman you never see. The apartment is designed in detail, bathrooms are brand-new, so are the Queen-sized beds and the matrasses. Even in the kitchen you get the feeling that all appliances are brand-new, perfectly equipped for guests who would like to cook. The location of the apartment is exactly like the listing said: In the Heart of Miramar. Everything but everything is within walking distance of the apartment. To conclude, the name Luxury Apartment is well said!

I really felt the most positive energy coming from the owner and her staff. The food was delicious and I was always satisfied & satiated. I’ve been to Cuba 8 times and stayed in many places! This one was by far the best and I like that there was security there and he would always open and close the gate upon our departure and arrival. Wifi always struggles everywhere in Cuba but I actually need to disconnect myself from My phone every now and then so I’m ok with that. However, it should be attainable moving forward but it’s not so imperative to me as it is for others! I would definitely stay again but I do feel that they should not charge extra if I have 7people as opposed to 6. I had an issue booking from the beginning and it could not be fixed so I had to have one of my friends book at another place by themselves. We had an excellent stay. The house is amazing with numerous, big bedrooms. And the upstairs open-air veranda was a great place to spend our time, especially during the afternoon thunderstorms. The two housekeepers and security guards were extremely helpful, arranging taxis and other activities. They took good care of us! All in all, it was an amazing trip.

My second stay at Benjamin's house. Excellent as always. The house is beautiful and in a very exclusive neighborhood. The staff is lovely, helpful, and accommodating.

A quiet stay, full of attention and great food.

Great location and a stunning house and garden. Ernesto and Adrian were very attentive to our needs and even helped me get groceries and brought over some camomile tea when my cousin had some cramps.

We only spent two days... we felt very comfortable!! Ideal for three or four people. The Miramar area is the quietest in Havana. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. The pool is the best thing that can happen to you in the Cuban heat. Tania and Pelayo are very friendly... attentive to our needs. I 100% recommend this apartment. Kind regards.
