Ideal for a relaxing experience as a tourist, located in a quiet area close to all the essential services (supermarket, drugstore, bar) with free parking places in the streets nearby. It's 7 min or 160 panoramic staircase steps away from the Playa of San Agustín.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

The most famous dams on the island (Presa de La Niña, La Chira, Soria) are located 15 minutes from the house.

With its volcanic scenery, the impressive nearby rock faces Bentaiga and Nublo, and many different varieties of subtropical plants, it benefits from a truly unique natural setting, ideal for relaxing and for many outdoor activities.

We are located on the front line in Playa de Arguineguin, a fishing village and without doubt one of the most charming and picturesque southern Gran Canaria places. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

We offer you the best views of El Nublo Natural Park where you can appreciate the grandeur of Roque Nublo, one of our best tourist attractions.
