Arcadia is the sanctuary you've always dreamt of, especially sunsets. I always made sure I was there to watch the sun go down, as that view is breathtaking. This place far exceeded our expectations, and the host was more than accommodating. Have and would HIGHLY recommend this remote spot, it is everything and more!!!!

This is our second time at Nick's place and it was everything we remembered. You can walk out the back patio and in 100 feet, go right into the ocean, with great surfing right there. Short walk to Tamarindo for restaurants and shopping, but secluded enough for peace and quiet. Several small maintenance issues popped up during the 10 days, but Nick responded in 15 minutes each time and the problems were resolved in an hour or two. Great host, great location, and great communication. We'll definitely be back.

Great studio room located in Marvista. Very close to Flamingo beach. Trails right out your back door and a gym that's only a 4 min walk away. Room had everything we needed for my husband and I. Colleen is a very responsive host and made everything very easy. Would stay again.

Awesome location, walking distance from one of the prettiest beaches of Costa Rica and a very nice project as a whole, easy to check in and all worked perfectly

Perfect place for walking to the beach and around town. The pool is just outside the door and parking just outside the gate with security overnight. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place was comfortable with 2 beds, 2.5 baths, AC, wifi, beach towels. The hosts were always responsive and helpful. Would love to come back here!

From the moment we booked Vanessa was very responsive & knowledgeable. She was able to provide all the insight we needed to make our trip a memorable one. She went out of her way to make sure she was there when we checked in which was really nice & caring. She checked in with us via chat during our stay to make sure everything was going smooth. The view & villa were spectacular and all we needed as a couple to be able to rest & relax. If your a big beach person def recommend checking out Playa Cochal, a short commute from the villa. Ana’s place was perfect, just enough out of the busy area to feel tranquillity, but still close enough to all things and easily walkable. Communications were great and very helpful, I loved staying here. Thank you for everything and kickstarting my first Costa Rican experience! Would love to be back one day :)

Very secure gated community. Monkeys greeted us at the gate! Wonderful back porch with lovely pool! Kitchen was really well stocked. Two great beaches near by, Playa Avellanas our favorite. Lola's restaurant on the beach is wonderful. Playa Negra has the turtle research center there! Don't miss the Cafes, Floresta and Corazon!! Ron our host was great. answering all questions and helping us out with delivering super glue to us when my husbands glasses broke.

as a lot of the reviews stated. the dogs can be a bit loud but not loud enough to not have a great time. the cats that hung out on the porch absolutely made the trip and I'm not even a real cat guy

Beautiful serenity wrapped in tranquility! I can honestly say I did not look at the inside of the house when I booked I saw the outside and simply clicked yes. Well, my soul said Yes and I’m so glad it did! From the moment the gate opened the beauty of the landscaping was captivating it’s like a small compound. My house accommodations were nice the cleanliness was above par and my family had an amazing time. The caretakers do an amazing job of cleaning the pool etc the place was just immaculate. Thanks so much for hosting my family.

Amazing place to stay with the family

This stay was amazing! The home became our haven during our stay in Costa Rica. We were able to see so much of Costa Rica without driving too far. Bring only 10 minutes from Playa Negra was so fun. When we were home we basically lived in the pool, overall an incredible experience at this home.

We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was well-equipped, the rooms are spacious, and the pool was great to relax in. The house is a 5 min drive to the golf course and tennis/pickleball courts, and less than 10 minutes to the Beach Club.

We had a wonderful stay at Mono Feliz! The villa had everything we needed to have a relaxing, peaceful stay in Costa Rica. The beach, beach club, shops, restaurants, and town were all in walking distance. After enjoying the day with all the area had to offer, it was especially nice to come back to the villa to dip in the pool. Hosts, Jeff and Gina, were attentive to our needs along with onsite management, Justin. Pura Vida!

Not much to add beyond the countless rave reviews here. The restorative and serene view and location is obviously the best quality, but the condo itself is comfortable and offers all the comforts of home as well. We loved the empty beach, the sound of the surf, and the cackle of the tropical birds. If you want crowds and traffic jams, head to Tamarindo. If you yearn for quiet and a vintage Costan Rican experience, I recommend without hesitation.

Awesome place and great host

This place is fantastic, spotless, well equipped, secure, easy to access and a beautiful ocean view. The beach chairs/umbrella are a great bonus which we used to enjoy Playa Flamingo in comfort David is a generous, responsive host. Thank you for hosting us.

Fantastic Airbnb & super gracious host. Beautiful place, tons of extra amenities and well thought out provisions. Kitchen is excellent, vaulted ceilings make the unit feel very spacious. Balcony is just lovely, with great views of Tamarindo bay and sunsets in June and better than any photo could portray. Lucio goes above and beyond as a host. Highly recommend the unit and will be back.

We had a lovely stay, great hosts and perfect location. Close to the pool , safe, quiet, very comfortable beds. Great kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking. Wonderful family time !

We loved our stay here! Diana’s home is lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed having all necessary items-including beach gear-and enjoyed the pool after our outings. Diana’s recommendations were fantastic and led us to several memorable sunsets and delicious meals. We would love to return. It’s a wonderful home base for exploring the north coast.

Michelle's place is super cute as described. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated all of the extra pillows. We enjoyed going to the beautiful beaches and it was great to have the beach chairs & cooler for our use. We had the pool all to ourself, which we enjoyed. We really loved the town and all of the fabulous restaurants. Thank you, Michelle!

Great location, our only wish is that the property would have an elevator. Everything about this condo was exactly as listed, great private beach to anyone that finds this place.
