This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator), spanning 30 square meters, situated just a minute away from the beach and next to the castle. The apartment overlooks Rio Street, so it does NOT have sea views from the private balcony. However, you can always enjoy the 'chill out' terrace located on the rooftop, which is accessible to the 6 double-room studios integrated within the building. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.

Newly renovated apartment in a gated community, very quiet, beachfront and terrace with ocean views, the community has parking and green areas, a tennis court and 2 swimming pools with a lounge area.
