The balcony overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.

There is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, water heater, toaster, nespresso machine, cooking and cleaning utensils). You will also find sheets, towels, TV, welcome breakfast and WIFI (high-speed Internet).
