Zeer hartelijke ontvangst. Heerlijk licht, ruim en zeer schoon appartement dat volledig voorzien is van alle benodigdheden. Appartement ligt op circa 200 meter van het strand, ideaal met kinderen. Treinstation ligt op 10 minuten lopen en treinrit van 30 minuten naar Barcelona centrum. Mataro centrum is rustig maar gezellig en er is een ruim aanbod aan winkels en horeca. Langs de zee zitten leuke restaurantjes Bonic is zeker de moeite waard.

Nuestra estancia ha estado genial. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas, como se menciona en la descripción. Recomendable al 100X100. Jose, Patricia e Isabel, lo tiene todo al detalle, muy buenos anfitriones y muy amables. Experiencia perfecta, ninguna queja!!! Si volvemos por la zona, no dudaremos en volver a vuestro apartamento!!! Gracias.

Magnifique ancienne maison de famille que l'on investit facilement. Vaste et chaleureuse, son emplacement proche de Barcelone en train permet des visites quotidiennes. Son jardin et ses terrassses permettent de profiter du climat clément. Il est aisé de communiquer avec Sergi. L'accueil assuré par une de ses amies, Paula, a été bien agréable.

Great property in a secure residential building with sea views. Location is good as the metro is a 10 minute walk. Easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and grocery stores. There is also a mall with many shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The hosts were very gracious and responsive and promptly sorted out any issues we had and also provided additional consumables on request. The property had basic essentials like a coffee machine and beans, salt, pepper, etc besides cooking equipment. The apartment is at a low floor next to a highway so gets traffic noise in the morning rush hours, but it’s not much of an issue. The beds were quite comfortable. Overall, a cozy and comfortable space for our 1 week stay. Happy to recommend.

El Apartamento de Sonia es justo lo que se publicita en el anuncio. Es ideal para pasar un par de días de turismo en Barcelona. Nosotros fuimos con dos niños. Está un poco alejado de las zonas turísticas pero en un barrio con mucha vida y muchos restaurantes de todo tipo. Además muy cerca del mar. Lo que más destacaría serían las camas, cómodas y confortables y sobre todo la amabilidad y facilidades de los anfitriones. Nos dejaron entrar ya de noche, nos esperaron en la puerta y luego nos han dejado dejar nuestras maletas en su propia casa el último día para poder aprovechar y visitar la ciudad hasta último momento. Nos vamos muy contentos, sobre todo por la hospitalidad y las facilidades que dan los anfitriones. Eso es un plus!!

Emplacement idéal, appartement original et pratique pour une famille de 4 personnes, le restaurant sur la plage en face est très bon. Maria répond rapidement et est très agréable. Seul petit bémol du séjour, le lundi ce sont des atterrissages incessants mais c’est le seul jour sinon c’est calme et la vue est superbe, on peut aller sur la plage directement. Je recommande !

A place you don’t want to leave, quiet and save, restaurant along the beach is value for money and with good food.

La casa è davvero confortevole, silenziosa, pulitissima con tutto il necessario e con le dotazioni minime e di benvenuto anche per mangiare e per bere. Spaziosa per tre, con TV e balconcino per rilassarsi. Cucina vissuta ma molto funzionale e lavastoviglie! Juan e i suoi collaboratori sono gentili e ti fanno sentire la loro presenza, insomma se hai bisogno sono a disposizione sicuramente! Il condominio dove si trova l'alloggio è assolutamente raccomandato, peccato non funzionasse piscina ma era Aprile fa lo stesso, supermercato a due passi, tantissimi mezzi pubblici, tram 4 per la Diagonal a due passi, metro L4 10 minuti a piedi. 10 minuti e puoi anche andare in spiaggia. 20 25 minuti e sei in centro. Per quanto riguarda il quartiere siamo al confine con una zona molto popolare, andando verso la metro Besos Mar e una ultra moderna, quella del Forum. A noi è sembrata molto tranquilla, ma per i più suscettibili consiglio di andare verso il mare o verso il forum. Insomma consigliatissima!

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in der Unterkunft von Nelly und Aitana. Nelly hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hatte alles was man braucht. Der Strand war wunderschön und ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ca. 4 Min. entfernt, mit diesem konnte man direkt in die Stadt fahren. Bis zum Plaza Catalunya waren es je nach Verkehr zwischen 45 und 60 Minuten. Für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern war dies eine gute Mischung zwischen Stadt und Strand. Natalia est une hôte très accueillante et particulièrement gentille, l’appartement est grand et pratique, dans un bel environnement (pinède) avec des jeux pour les enfants et très proche de la mer. Nous avions loué une voiture et avons pu visité les environs et nous rendre à Barcelone en 20/25 minutes, nous avons passé un très bon séjour! Merci ☀️

What a wonderful place. The accomodation is very well equipped in a beautiful area. The nearby beach is lovely with some great bars & restaurants in walking distance. The supermarket across the road is brilliant, with everything you might need. Also it is easy to get to the city on the bus. The hosts were very accomodating meeting us from a late flight, providing local information and providing bikes for us to use. It was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

Piso en un lugar tranquilo y con fácil conexión,el piso está muy bien,con todo lo necesario,sólo tuvimos un pequeño problema y Guillermo lo solucionó en menos de 20minutos

Vriendelijke, communicatieve host die graag hielp. Accommodatie was erg schoon, sober maar wel effectief ingericht. In de keuken was alles wat je nodig had. Wij hebben genoten van de ruimte om ons heen en het grote schone zwembad! Er is zeker genoeg privacy. Enige nadeel is dat er geen muggen horren zijn,s'nachts moet je wel met open ramen slapen ivm de warmte. Hebben 2 fijne ontspannen weken gehad bij Julia en Santiago, waarvoor dank!

La maison de Lucio est très bien adaptée à notre groupe, nous étions 7 adultes et 5 enfants. La maison se trouve dans une résidence sécurisée à quelques pas de la plage dans un cadre très agréable. Un petit supermarché se trouve à proximité de la maison pour faire des courses. Nous avons pris le train pour aller à Barcelone, la gare se trouve à 20 minutes à pieds de la maison et le centre de Barcelone est à environ 45 minutes de train qui longe la plage. Ce qui est très pratique. Les échanges avec Lucio sont très rapides et positifs.

Clean, cozy apartment with incredible full view of the ocean from the kitchen/dining/living room and balcony in the north part Platja de Castelldefels. Comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything we needed, everything was just as we saw in the pictures. A lot of great restaurants nearby, as well as a very good small grocery store less than 10 mins walk away. A new restaurant will be open soon downstairs. My favorite part of this 2nd floor apartment was sitting on the balcony enjoying the view, when we weren’t out and about at the many restaurants or walking on the boardwalk. I look forward to returning!

Antonio was a pleasure to deal with, very quick with responses and easy to communicate with. Location was great, we ended up driving into Barcelona which was about 30mins.

We’d like to extend a big thank you to Carmen and Alex for being such amazing hosts. They truly went above and beyond to answer our questions and ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated (we loved the seaside theme!), very clean, and incredibly comfortable—a perfect place to relax. The views of the marina and beach were stunning. We’d absolutely recommend this place to families or groups of friends. Everything you could need was provided, from a dishwasher and a cute little laundry room to a handy coffee machine. We’d love to come back—10/10!😊

The rental was exactly as pictured and in a fantastic location. We visited in March so there were a lot of lemons on the tree in the garden and the start of many figs on the fig tree! We didn't partake but it made the place feel connected with nature a bit more even though it's in an urban area. The rental was clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment, linens, towels, and even some nice welcome drinks and snacks. The shower head broke and the host was able to get a replacement ready for pickup nearby in less than a day and actually seemed like an upgrade. The host was very responsive and even though we speak very limited Spanish/Catalan we were able to communicate very well. We are in love with Mataró now and hope to be back soon.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub bei Silvia Y Ruben. Die Empfang war sehr herzlich, Silvia und ihr Partner sind sehr sympathisch. Fragen wurden immer gleich beantwortet. Das Haus war blitzblank, ausreichend groß auch für 7 Göste. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Meer, wandern, einkaufen und auch Barcelona ist schnell und problemlos zu erreichen. Vielen Dank nochmal an die zwei 😀

Great apartment right next to the beach. Very comfortable and clean. Amenities work well. Xavier is a very responsive and friendly host and is available if you need anything. 3 minute walk to a bus stop that can be taken into Barcelona. Highly recommend this stay for a quiet beach trip right outside Barcelona.
