Very luminous studio with large patio and stunning sea view 5 minutes from the beach. Public parking on the street and free wifi. Perfect for 2 people wishing enjoy Costa Brava. Wonderful sea views, lots of light, very calm, perfect location. Charming contemporary house, located in pedestrian street in town center. 5 minutes walking distance of restaurants, bars and beaches. Terrace with sliding doors (open space) with amazing views. Air conditioned (&floor heating). Perfect duplex for family or two couples. Loft ambiance upstairs, two bathrooms, one in each level.
