Vacation rentals with a sauna in Platgeta del Mal Pas

Wilfried's place is in a great location - the beach is right next door, and there is a heated pool on the compound. The apartment is very spacious, with a lovely, huge terrace.

We had a lovely stay at Jose Maria’s place. Unfortunately we were particularly unlucky with the weather but this would be an excellent place for a spring or summer holiday. I would recommend using a mosquito repellent when hanging out near the pool area.

Wow what a place! Although the pictures looks great in the advert they do not do this place justice, its so much better once you are there. The apartment is very spacious (we travelled with two adults and two young children), spotless, well equipped and bright. The complex is exellcent, pools, sauna, playgrounds and very clean! It as good as a 5* hotel...just less busy (we went in Feb 2025)! There isnt must to do in surround area and supermarket is quite far so a car is properly best (comes with parking). Beach is close by but there are lots of steps so keep this in mind. Christine was so helpful and friendly, made us feel welcome and right at home even though we turned up late. We will be booking this place again for sure.

We enjoyed our short stay. Beautiful apartment with a nice decor. Large terrace with jacuzzi. Really a plus. Beautiful view over the Benidorm skyline. It looks like little New York. Lots of facilities nearby. Large shopping center and Benidorm nearby. But also as a base if you want to visit Altea, Calpe or Moraira. It's nice that you're on a secure property. We will definitely come back.

Very accommodating hosts, great apartment and easy to find/use. Parking space in the garage was a huge plus with rental car.

We were having a cycling camp and Raul’s apartment was perfect for us three. Raul is very kind host and was welcoming us when we arrived. There is also all the essentials for a longer stay and all the shops are just behind the corner as well.

Teresa is a fantastic host and her apartment is an absolute pleasure to spend time in. Her communication is excellent and super helpful with any questions or requests. The apartment is very homely, well equipped and we would loved to have longer. Thank you Teresa

Everything is great, the only drawback we have seen is a lack of equipment in the kitchen, such as garbage bags, paper towels... And in the bathroom, more rolls of paper. Otherwise everything was great, a 10-star stay. We'll be back.

Just back from a stay at Jorge’s apartment, it’s absolutely beautiful and well located for the restaurants in the marina, the views are spectacular everywhere you look from the complex, the apartment itself is beautifully decorated and homely, we would highly recommend this place as Jorge is super responsive and helpful.

We arrived early due to early flight. Vicente & Monica met us early to allow early check in which we really appreciated. The apartment was spotless and beautiful little details made it feel very homely., thank you for our cakes, wine, teas and coffees too. The apartment was fully equipped for our stay. Such a peaceful place and it was lovely to sit on the balcony with our drinks and to read, just perfect. It rained our first few days but that didn’t stop us getting out. We were very lucky to have a heated indoor pool which we enjoyed most days. We had a few questions and asked about places which Vicente replied immediately (such an amazing host). If I had one word to explain this little paradise of an apartment would be WOW. We will certainly be returning one day. Anyone looking to book here would be mad not too. I just celebrated my 40th birthday in the Intempo building and I can't be more satisfied. The experience has been simply unforgettable. From the first moment, the treatment received has been impeccable. The attention to detail, the quality of the facilities and the luxury environment created the perfect environment to disconnect and enjoy with my family. I especially emphasize the tranquility that you breathe throughout the building, something very valued when you are looking for real rest. The views, cleanliness, interior design, and common areas far exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfort, exclusivity, and elegance made this stay a truly special celebration. We will definitely repeat. Thank you for making my 40s such a special moment.

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

We stayed in the offseason, but still enjoyed gorgeous views from the balcony, watching the sunrise and the sunset every day. Place is exactly as described, we were greeted and checked in easily. Hubert and Natalie were great hosts, super responsive, kind, and flexible with our checkout. Dont hesitate to book.

Had a fantastic month in the apartment. It was very well presented and exactly as described. A great view of Cala Finestrat and Benidorm from the terrace. The apartment was very quiet and had everything you'd need for your stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful residence. Pleasant for a weekend but great for a week because it's a large terrace and a beautiful space. Close to airport, Alicante, etc.. easy to access. We had a great time with a very responsive host!

Amazing villa with the most beautiful view! We were 16 people (plus a baby), and the villa was perfectly sized for our group. Well equipped villa with everything you may possible need.

This host was always easily accessible and despite different languages we got along well. The house was extremely clean and offered us a good location for a home office for 3 months. We will be happy to come back here.

We had a fantastic week at Yan's place. The chalet is very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Everything was very clean and new. The urbanization is spectacular. Near Del Torres beach and several trails down the cliffs. We will definitely be back! Thanks Yan!!! You are a super host!!!

Pleasant stay at Parvaneh's, exactly as in the photos: very nice functional house with all the necessary amenities. ++ + for the outside , very beautiful maintained garden,the pool was very pleasant with lukewarm water for each swim . Beautiful elevated view of Denia and soothing around the Pego Monte. Very quiet district and all are close by (10-15 min drive: beach , restaurant , supermarket ... ) . Denia beach is very quiet , parking glued to the beach with places always available , perfect with children . From Denia , possibility to visit several cities and beaches at 30min-1h (moraira, calpe, benidrom...) We thank Parvaneh for his availability , for providing us with a crib and for adapting during our change of day of departure .

Beautiful, clean and homey accommodation...for us everything was perfect... we lacked nothing.. we'd love to come back

Hello, the house is impeccable, Vicent is super friendly, everything was very clean and in perfect condition, I would only suggest two things, they are not complaints, they are improvements, pillows in the beds, which are not there, and a second set of keys, because if several people go, at least two keys are needed, to be able to go out and enter without depending on others, regards

A spectacular house in the heart of Calpe, a wonderful center with fantastic streets and squares to tapas, walk, and enjoy. The house is very large, it has everything, with a wonderful swimming pool that has helped us cool down when we go up from the beach, which you can reach in 10 minutes. We found a place on the beach without difficulty, it has great fine sand and the bathroom is very nice. Rosa is the perfect host, attentive, concerned, but not overwhelmed, very communicative and willing. We had a great stay, to be repeated.

We had a marvelous time at Casa Palmera. Lovely neighbourhood, Villa, pool and gardens. All very well maintained. Especially loved the 10 x 5 pool, still nice and warm for Mid-September. Excellent communication and responsiveness. All the bedrooms have A/C but not the living-room, but it did, however, have a large ceiling fan, which was fine for us in Mid-September. All the bathrooms were very nice and very clean with lots of hot water. The kitchen and utility room looked new and well equipped, but did however lack a microwave, which would have been useful. WiFi worked without interruption and was v. good. Overall, very satisfied.
