This was our second visit to Grand Annys Home. It is an authentic Greek cottage that is fully equipped. This year very much enjoyed our stay again. Anna, the host made our arrival very pleasant because all the basic amenities were already present. We arrived early and Anna even offered to take us to the bike rental so we could immediately get into Kos City. Repeatable again.

In general the Bodrum peninsula has seen a lot of building development. So it was nice to feel a bit removed from all the crowded places. But still have a good restaurant in walking distance and grocery shopping just 5 Minutes by car. A nice and secluded beach was also only 15 Minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed this get away and I painfully miss my peaceful morning coffee out on the terrace looking over the hills and down to the sea.

Soula was a great host, from start to finish communication was great, and was there to meet us, even though we landed late in the evening. The welcome basket, water and fruit juice was a nice touch. The house was excellent and just as the pictures described. The pool and sun beds was a great option on those days we did not want to venture out. It’s worth noting especially if your considering if to hire a car or not, Kardemina central is 4 mins by car but a good 50 mins walk. Even to the closest beach bar is 30 mins walk. There is a wonderful bakery in the centre. The largest chocolate croissants you have ever seen, Avli is a great centrally located restaurant. Our best find was a local butcher a few streets back from the central area. Words cannot describe the Angus beef and lamb we bought. If you want privacy whilst also being close to numerous amenities this is the one for you. Being 10 mins from the airport is also a bonus, as was the last day melon and eggs from Soula

It is a paradise of 3 villas among the citrus trees. - The pool is really gorgeous - even bigger than the ones in the photo. 150cm deep. - You are completely surrounded by nature. It's green everywhere. It was very nice to lie in the hammock and watch the nature. - Walking distance to places such as supermarket, bakery, butcher You can take care of all your needs within 5-10 minutes by car. You can reach Kadıkalesi Public Beach with a 15-minute walk from the house. - Mr. Emre, Mr. Raşit and Ms. Nurten were very helpful. - The homes have everything you could need. (Microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) I would like to point out as the points that need to be improved: - The beds in the houses are a bit old. I would like to point out that we are not very comfortable. - A little more care can be taken about hygiene. - At least one of the houses would have been nice to have an oven. In a nutshell, we are very happy. We started making plans to come in the coming years.

We loved staying here. The house was super clean and perfect for a family with a lovely big kitchen and beautiful garden. Shops and restaurants were a quick walk along the beach away and the water was lovely and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here, we throughly enjoyed ourselves and the host was beyond helpful with everything we needed. Thanks so much!

We had an indescribably beautiful time and enjoyed the tranquility and especially the view. You have to see such an impressive view of the bay of Kefalos when you are on Kos. Especially the sunrise is a very special experience and breakfast overlooking the bay. You shouldn't miss it! Giannis is available to his guests 24/7 and promptly and is very helpful. Thanks for the great time!
