Dit was ons tweede bezoek aan Grand Annys Home. Het is een authentiek Grieks huisje wat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Dit jaar weer erg genoten van ons verblijf. Anna, de host maakte onze aankomst zeer aangenaam omdat alle basisvoorzieningen al aanwezig waren. We kwamen vroeg aan en Anna bood zelfs aan om ons naar de fietsenverhuur te brengen zodat wij al meteen Kos Stad in konden. Weer voor herhaling vatbaar.

In general the Bodrum peninsula has seen a lot of building development. So it was nice to feel a bit removed from all the crowded places. But still have a good restaurant in walking distance and grocery shopping just 5 Minutes by car. A nice and secluded beach was also only 15 Minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed this get away and I painfully miss my peaceful morning coffee out on the terrace looking over the hills and down to the sea.

Soula was a great host, from start to finish communication was great, and was there to meet us, even though we landed late in the evening. The welcome basket, water and fruit juice was a nice touch. The house was excellent and just as the pictures described. The pool and sun beds was a great option on those days we did not want to venture out. It’s worth noting especially if your considering if to hire a car or not, Kardemina central is 4 mins by car but a good 50 mins walk. Even to the closest beach bar is 30 mins walk. There is a wonderful bakery in the centre. The largest chocolate croissants you have ever seen, Avli is a great centrally located restaurant. Our best find was a local butcher a few streets back from the central area. Words cannot describe the Angus beef and lamb we bought. If you want privacy whilst also being close to numerous amenities this is the one for you. Being 10 mins from the airport is also a bonus, as was the last day melon and eggs from Soula

Narenciye ağaçlarının içerisinde 3 villadan oluşan bir cennet adeta. - Havuz gerçekten muhteşem. Fotoğraftakilerden daha da büyük. 150 cm derinliğinde. - Tamamen doğa ile iç içesiniz. Her yer yeşillik. Hamakta uzanıp doğayı seyretmek çok güzeldi. - Süpermarket, fırın, kasap gibi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Araba ile 5-10 dk mesafede tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı halledebiliyorsunuz. Evden 15 dk yürüyüş ile Kadıkalesi Halk Plajına ulaşabiliyorsunuz. - Emre Bey, Raşit Bey ve Nurten Hanım çok yardımcı oldular. - Evlerde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. (Mikrodalga, tost makinesi, çaycı, kahve makinesi, bulaşık makinesi vs.) Geliştirilmesi gereken noktalar olarak belirtmek istediklerim : - Evlerde bulunan yataklar biraz eski gibi. Çok rahat edemediğimizi belirtmek isterim. - Hijyen konusunda biraz daha dikkatli olunabilir. - Evlerden en azından bir tanesinde bir fırın olsa güzel olabilirdi. Özetle; biz çok memnun kaldık. Önümüzdeki senelerde de gelmek için planlarımızı yapmaya başladık.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber, es hatte Alles, was man braucht und die Sonnenuntergänge waren Atemberaubend. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, da man zu Fuss ins Metoxi Restaurant gelangen kann, sowie im Stadtzentrum von Zia. Da es keine richtige Strasse gibt empfehlen wir ein gutes Auto zu haben, um die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Danke Maria!

We loved staying here. The house was super clean and perfect for a family with a lovely big kitchen and beautiful garden. Shops and restaurants were a quick walk along the beach away and the water was lovely and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here, we throughly enjoyed ourselves and the host was beyond helpful with everything we needed. Thanks so much!

Wir hatten eine unbeschreiblich schöne Zeit und haben die Ruhe und vor allem die Aussicht genossen. So einen imposanten Blick auf die Bucht von Kefalos muss man gesehen haben, wenn man auf Kos ist. Vor allem der Sonnenaufgang ist ein sehr besonderes Erlebnis und das Frühstück mit Blick auf die Bucht. Das sollte man nicht verpassen! Giannis steht seinen Gästen rund um die Uhr und prompt zur Verfügung und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Danke für die tolle Zeit!
