Our stay at Marija's apartament was really comfortable. The great advantage of this place is its convenient location very close to the beach🏖️ (2 minutes walk) and at the same time in the middle of the seaside promenade. The apartment was clean, neat and minimalistic. The communication with Marija went in an easy manner, we didn't have any issues with flexible check-in and check-out👍🏼 We enjoyed our holidays in Perea! Many thanks the host🙏🏼

Η πραγματικότητα ξεπέρασε τις φωτογραφίες που είδαμε. Ένα πραγματικό στολίδι το σπίτι της κας Anneli. Πεντακάθαρο, φωτεινό, λειτουργικό, ευρύχωρο, ήσυχο είχε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Η κα Anneli φιλική, εξυπηρετική, προνοητική μας πρόσφερε απλόχερα τη φιλοξενία της στο υπέροχο σπίτι της και περάσαμε ένα εξαιρετικό τριήμερο. Σας ευχαριστούμε κα Anneli, θα σας επισκεφτούμε ξανά!

Melina ist sehr freundlich, Wohnung war schön und sauber. Terrasse und Aussicht ist wunderschön. Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen fast vor der Tür. Viele Tavernen direkt am Meer mit leckerem griechischen Essen. Es ist sehr ruhig. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es im Ort nur einen kleinen Laden zum Einkaufen gibt, ansonsten muss man mit dem Bus zum Markt und den Geschäften fahren.

We stayed here for a night to explore Mount Olympus. This Airbnb was super spacious and had beautiful views of the sea and mountains. It was a bit noisy at night but overall a great place to stay for one night. Easily accessible and close to town for restaurants. Perfect spot if you plan on going into Mount Olympus National Park.

Ilias ist ein freundlucher Gastgeber und die Kommunikation war schnell und unproblematisch. Eine tolle Wohnung für eine Familie mit bis zu 4 Kindern. Sie ist geräumig, hell und nur ein paar Meter vom Sandstrand entfernt. Ein großes Plus ist das sehr große Bad. Die große Klimaanlage im Wohnessbereich reicht für alle Zimmer. Minimarkt, Bäcker, Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Can’t wait to come again! Great time at greek forest :) Stone house was amasing! Pool was big and clean water, everyday clenaning. Everything was perfect! Well equpment kitchen. Katarzyuna was alvays on service ❤️ Thank’s again!

Wir waren 1,5 Wochen bei Konstantinos zu Gast und fühlten uns rundum wohl. Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt, trotz einer Flugverspätung und bekamen direkt viele Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Wohnung war super sauber und angenehm aufgeteilt. Auch die tolle Terasse hat uns nach einem Strandtag oft den Abend versüßt. Skala Fourkas hat einige Restaurants anzubieten, ist aber noch nicht zu touristisch. Im Vergleich mit anderen Orten, waren wir sehr glücklich mit unserer Wahl. Unser Gastgeber war stets erreichbar und auch mit Checkin und -out angenehm flexibel. Rundum eine tolle Sache! Danke!!! Off the record: Die Restaurants “Chronis” in Fourka und “Stou Thanasi” in Kalandra solltet ihr besuchen!

We enjoyed your stay here. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The space is not huge but very cozy. For us, this was probably one of the best accommodations we found on this service.

The place is comfy and clean, near to the beach, great view and big balcony, exactly like photos. The host was nice and helpful. There are restaurants, bakery, beach bar and free beach zone 2 min away.

Andreas je příjemný hostitel,který se o nás zajímal i během naší cesty. Vždy hned odpovídal a vše co jsme potřebovali hned zařídil. Apartmán je čistý a vkusně zařízený, s pěkným výhledem na moře a horu Olymp.

Καθαρό ,περιποιημένο και πολύ προσεγμένο κατάλυμα . Όμορφη θέα θάλασσα. Ο οικοδεσπότης επικοινωνιακός και άμεσος. Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα!

We had a great stay at Konstantinos' apartment in Neoi Epivates in August. Close to the beach, with a wonderful view of the Thermaikos bay from one of the rooms. On the other side, a large balcony with a table, comfortable chairs, and the possibility to dry swimwear. Hassle-free arrival and departure. Nice beaches, restaurants serving delicious food and drinks nearby. I would like to highlight the help of Mr. Michael, who explained the best route to the house to the taxi driver over the phone and was already there waiting for us when we arrived. On the last day, our plane left in the afternoon, and we could stay in the apartment until four. Thanks for that. Best regards, Mihály Soós

Καταπληκτικό το σπίτι! Βρέθηκα στο Βόλο με τον άντρα και το μωρό μου που είναι 10 μηνών και μείναμε στο σπίτι της κυρίας Κλεοπάτρας Είχε φροντίσει τόσο καλά να είναι ο χώρος διαμορφωμένος έτσι ώστε να είναι φιλικός και πεντακάθαρος για το μωρό και μείναμε πάρα πολύ ικανοποιημένοι

Εξαιρετικό περιβάλλον , υπέροχος χώρος και το ιδανικό μέρος για την απόδρασή σου με εξαιρετικές παροχές , το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα

Το σπίτι είναι εκπληκτικό, πεντακαθαρο, με θέα από τα μπαλκόνια μαγική. Παρά πολυ όμορφος χώρος με άνετα κ μεγάλα δωμάτια. Όλα πάρα πολύ προσεγμένα. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλόξενος, ευγενέστατος κ απαντούσε αμέσως σε οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση μας. θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά σίγουρα.

Overall a very nice and perfectly clean place with attention to all details. The host was responsive within minutes !
