The house is located in the center of Dinard, 50 m from a large free parking lot, (except July and August) 400 m from the beach and close to shops. You can do everything on foot once you arrive: the famous market (50 m), the market hall, shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, casino, beaches, port (sea bus). Townhouse on the ground floor (55 m2) completely refurbished in 2016, fully equipped with a small garden, ideal for couples alone or with children (sleeps 4)
