I recently stayed at Theo’s place for 2 days . Where do I begin? EVERYTHING was on point . The apartment is super clean and modern . Loved everything . It literally has everything , even a flat iron which I’m amazed Now I know where to stay every time I come to Athens I wouldn’t ask for more . Theo was very helpful with everything and answers all the questions in minutes . Thank you very much for everything . I’m definitely coming back!

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Katerina was super easy to communicate with and very prompt. We loved the quirky stone cottage and especially having some outside space. The location would be hard to beat. We walked everywhere. Lots of great places to eat and drink and the immediate area has a very local feel. Would stay again for sure!

We had an amazing stay! This home is small but provided everything a family of three needed and more. This home is a stones throw away from the Acropolis, lots of other historical landmarks, shops, restaurants and beautiful walks. My daughter fell in love with all of the cats and the lovely woman who lives next door. We enjoyed nights outside on the little sitting area. Steven went out of his way to help us out and make us feel welcomed. Even providing additional towels and tidying up about midway through our stay. I would highly recommend having a wonderful experience, an adventure by staying in this home

A really beautiful location just up the road from the Train stop with at least 10-15 places to eat or get coffee within a 5min walk from the front door. Don't sleep on the opportunity to walk across the street to the Philopappos Monument at night to take in the Parthenon all lit up. It was a great location if you want to just walk over to the Acropolis or get lost in the small streets full of restaurants.

Stayed here for a week during a conference at Harokopio University. Felt like a perfect location, not too far from Monastiraki, Gazi, or the acropolis, and right next to the supermarket and the Petralona line 1 stop. The place was very nice especially for the price, and it was great to have the outdoor patio space. Konstantina was hospitable and gave a lot of good restaurant and other recs. Highly recommend!

Romanos and his team prepared the property with attention to detail prior to our arrival. He arranged our transportation to the property and after we left. He was very welcoming and provided us with complete information about the apartment, the surroundings, places to eat and things to do. He was responsive to messages we sent. The apartment is in a perfect location with a wonderful view from the two decks on the 7th floor. It was very walkable to the different interesting destinations in the city as well as wonderful restaurants and cafes. We would definitely stay at Romano's (Stray Cats) apartment again. Note, that the elevator takes you to the sixth floor. Your luggage will need to be carried up the last flight. Romanos was very kind to help us with this. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Athens!

Great place with great views

Stefania was SO incredibly accommodating and let me check in earlier since I was coming from a morning flight. She made feel so safe and comfortable (I was a solo traveler). I loved the balcony, I used the clothing dry rack after doing my laundry (on the same block), and the clothing iron. Ear plugs were available, but as a New Yorker I was fully prepared with my own for potential street noise. Air conditioning was reliable and a relief. Hot water for shower was also nice. The location is a few blocks away from the Acropolis Museum and the restaurants, there are so many people walking around at night. My time in Athens was brief, but I crammed in as much as I could with the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, and Plaka. I will definitely be back. She made sure I had a taxi to take me to the airport since I didn't realize the metro was closed during the time I needes to get to the airport. She really cares about your happiness and time in Athens. I like living like a local w/ Airbnb

We've had an excellent 2 night stay at Sotiris' apartment, exceptionally clean and in an ideal location. Sotiris is a super responsive host and provided clear simple instructions for gaining access to the building, local recommendations and helpful directions from the metro stations. I read a lot of reviews about the area being somewhat unpleasant, we found it to be perfectly safe and visually not uncommon for a city. We found some amazing food venues nearby to the apartment to save on entering some of the more touristy areas and we were not disappointed. Would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Nadine’s Airbnb is a great choice for Athens. Easy check-in with Nadine’s lovely parents showing us around. It’s in a great location close to all the main attractions, 5 mins from Acropolis South Entrance and restaurants everywhere! The apartment was immaculate and there were some nice surprises in the fridge. We left something of value when we left and Nadine was very responsive to help us sort it out. I can only agree with everyone else’s comments - definitely stay here if you can.

Niki’s loft brings the wow factor. The convenient location, stunning views, and fresh open layout alone are worth booking this place immediately when available. The easy host communication, airport transfers, and lots of extra guest resources in the unit make it even better. If Niki’s place is available during your time in Athens, do yourself a favor and book it! Highly recommend.

Fabulous location - walking distance to everything including the metro station. The apartment is gorgeous with a well equiped kitchen, very comfortable bed and a balcony to enjoy a cup of tea/coffee. Maria arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport. Highly recommend 🥰

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Panos’s airbnb. This is my 5th stay in Athens and my favorite so far! The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. And the location was great, centrally located to the historic city center and easy for drivers if you have a rental car. And of course the view of the Acropolis from the balcony is amazing.

This team was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful with any and all questions / concerns that we had. With four people on this listing, someone was always available to answer. The views were beautiful and it was less than a 10 minute walk to the city center. While the bathroom was a bit small the place itself was very clean and we are so happy we stayed here.

Wonderful 2-night stay at the Acropolis Lilliputian gem in Athens! Perfect name for this property. This is a gem of a location with the most incredible view of the Acropolis. The room is very small but well appointed, clean and comfortable. The balcony is simply amazing with expansive views! We landed in the morning and were accommodated with an early check-in. Ekaterina was so helpful! She waiting for us when we arrived, helped us get settled and provided us with all the information we needed. The apartment is in a well kept building within walking distance of anywhere you’d want to go in Athens! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The place was a great. It was nice to be on a neighborhood a little away from the crowds. It was peaceful on the terrace. There were two really good restaurants within a block and half. Along with some bakeries, coffee shops and mini markets. Made it very convenient! Place was very clean and comfortable.

Great stay at this Airbnb! Good central location in Athens near a Metro stop and with a rooftop view of the Acropolis. Nice to have a hot tub. nice touch to have a bottle of wine and an espresso machine. Clean. Spacious rooms with a kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The bed is comfortable and the towels are great…. Soft, large, and absorbent. It was a bit lacking in storage space, shelves, place to put suitcases. It is a bit difficult to gain access. You need to be online, connect via an app to unlock the door to get into a tiny elevator, go up six floors and open the inside door using the app again. But it worked. The host is very responsive via the Airbnb app and quite accommodating. We recommend this place.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for exploring the Acropolis area by foot. Many restaurants and bars were conveniently located with walking distance. We enjoyed our walks around the neighborhood and having our morning coffee with the view of the Acropolis. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Athens. The flat is beautifully decorated and perfect for all our needs. Chara’s dad Yannis was an amazing and helpful host.
