Ideal for 2, my 40 sq meters studio with balcony is in a village-like area, « La Butte aux Cailles » in a paved passage with trees and birds, very quiet. Renovated by an architect in 2024, 3rd floor with elevator, the flat has a double exposure, full light, all you need to cook, a dining table and a comfy leather sofa with 2 armchair to have drinks or naps. Walk-in shower and japanese WC, and a video projector. There is a balcony with a table for 2 and a deck chair, overviewing Paris.
